Ok per una notte di passaggio

Struttura rinnovata (o almeno la nostra stanza lo era, non so se lo siano tutte). Stanza pulita e accogliente, di per sé un classico e normale motel americano. Posto a Williams, piccola ma carina località proprio sulla route 66, vicino a svariate attività (ristoranti, negozi di souvenir e un supermercato). Unico neo, le porte delle camere, sono abbastanza leggere quindi sia isolamento acustico che termico non eccellenti. Per il resto rapporto qualità prezzo ottimo, per una notte consigliato.

Motel sencillo y perfecto para dormir y visitar la zona

Conocíamos la cadena y el motel es igual que los demás. Tenía la habitación amplia y limpia (y sin moqueta). Disponía de dos camas grandes, como para dos personas cada una, y ambas muy cómodas. El baño era amplio con una ducha enorme. El lavado estaba fuera del baño, en un lado de la habitación. El parking gratuito daba directo a un supermercado grande junto al motel.

El personal de recepción muy parco en palabras no nos prestó mucha ayuda, apenas nos explicó nada a la llegada y en algún momento que fuimos a preguntar algo la recepción estaba vacía.

Nice , clean motel but uncomfortable sleep

Good location if you drive, cheap and everything was clean. Motel staff were really friendly

You literally only get one pillow and it’s so flat, the most uncomfortable sleep of my life, I wouldn’t rush to be back here.

Reservations mean nothing and the tourist driven economy ( screw the tourists) abounds

Location was oklimpy beds,

Customer care, also rented a handicap room and although reserved and paid 2 days prior, it was rented to someone else on day of our arrival.No apoligies and no effort to remedy situation.Jiseph at frond desk extremely rude . Although rooms paid at time of reservation he wanted to charge additional $194 for handicapped room for next night. Bait and switch or ignorance? Rooms are in disrepair and not clean. A very young girl (13/14) cleans the rooms.

No morning tea for me!

Easily accessible with free on-site parking. Located in the centre of town with local shops, bars and restaurants. Free coffee provided in reception every morning. Microwave and fridge in room.

Insufficient pillows in a huge bed. Noisy neighbours in room above ours disturbing sleep. No kettle in room.

Stopped there while passing through for a night .

Its a simple clean room. Nothing special. No complaints

I'd stay somewhere else because of that couple that work there thete shady

The ac worked good, it was a small room that's ok,

The checking she tried charging me 69.00 extra for no reason, I already paid 296.00 for 3 days, she tried making me pay more, so my niceness turned, I called my bank in front of her and her husband and asked how many minutes after I paid 296.00 did they try n charge me more, he said, refund her now! So it made it seem.like, they steal from people, I reported them to fbi

Don't trust them with your travel--there's a chance they'll take your money and never let you in

The room was recently renovated and large.

We had reserved far in advance, but when we arrived a few minutes before 11pm, only to find the front office locked and a sign saying "no vacancy". There was a doorbell to ring for service, but no one answered for 10-15 minutes. With nowhere else to go, we resorted to knocking on the door of the room attached to the office. Still no answer for another five minutes, until we knocked loudly. The woman who answered was angry and told us we should've used the doorbell--and when I told her we'd been ringing it for 20 minutes, she snapped "I didn't hear it". It was a horrifically unpleasant and panic-inducing experience to think we had no place to stay after a long day of driving all because we dared check in at the late hour of....10:55pm.

Exceptional

The room looked clean and new, bright lighting and nice bathroom with a standing shower. There was a microwave, fridge, and working AC. Bed was comfortable, and room had lots of space. Nice location that is walkable to lots of shops and restaurants. There was a well lit parking lot in the front, but also a smaller parking lot with a few spaces and stairs in the back.

Outside was still being renovated, somewhat narrow metal stairs, but wasn't hanging around there anyway.

It was clean. Close to everything.

Wanted a bottom room but none were available because it was being renovated. The hot water in the shower didn't get hot as it should have been. When I booked the room the total was supposed to be $108.71 but an additional $8.23 was added to the bill not through the motel but through Booking.com the lady said she would make the necessary adjustments and I would be refunded in the next 3 to 5 business days but I've yet to be refunded for the extra charge.

it was wonderful. We were only going to stay one night but stayed 2 miights. Loved it.

The staff was fantastic, so kind and helpful. The rooms were beautiful and newly renovated. Nice. The rooms were very clean. The bathrooms were remodeled, new showers, beautiful. Great location, near Safeway and the road to the Grand Canyon.

Wonderful staff very helpful about tjhe area. The rooms were very nice and so clean. The property was under renovation but our rooms were beautiful with a new shower the the new layout hotel 6 has. we were only going to spend 1 night but we liked it so much we stayed 2 nights. It was very nice. In Vegas we met 3 ladies going to the Grand Canyon and I recommended this property. We enjoyed it.
