Would try somewhere else especially for $145 a night

Ham and bread was so thin after cooking very tough. Eggs were good. Oj cups so very tiny. Good variety of food if it was of better quality

Beds are horrible. Bread an ham to thin. Orange juice 🥤 way to small

Definitely needs a little TLC. The ceiling in the room looked stained around the edges and the paint in the pool area was peeling off everywhere, especially in the hottub. The ceiling fan by the hottub was missing all the blades and the blades on the fan above the pool were half paint and half rusted

Unprofessional manager

Had to leave 1 day early and both SureStay and Booking.com wouldnt help me refund night I wasnt there. Clerk checked me out wrong and manager wouldnt help. Booking.com lied to me about fixing it.

The receptionist was very friendly. Nice to see a happy face. Liked the hotels efficiency.

This hotel is environmentally friendly. Rooms are kept cool until arrival, but warm quickly. Rooms are small, so not wasted space to be heated. Smaller bottles of shampoo and conditioner, but enough for two, for four showers. One bar of soap instead of three. I also liked the non-carpeted floor (cleaner) and the duvet sheet cover. Much better than a sheet and comforter at other hotels (where I doubt comforter gets washed very often.). The lobby, with its fireplace was very cozy and had a very friendly feel.

Only one chair. Bottom fitted bed sheet that did not fit the deep mattress. Need to get new fitted sheets.

Very clean, with relatively new-looking furniture and decoration. Easy access to room from the parking lot.

No electrical outlets near the bed! Had to plug in the chargers for my phone and my hearing aids elsewhere. Minor annoyance.

A decent spot to stay if you are visiting the Black River Falls area.

Breakfast- served scrambled eggs, sausage, tater tots, yogurt, apples/bananas, muffins, cereals, and other things. Eating area was immaculate and well taken care of. Room was adequate. Overall clean- just needs a little more upkeep. Noticed the staff worked hard to keep the floors and entry areas clean. Every staff member I interacted with was polite, helpful, and trying to do his/her best. This place has a great indoor swimming pool and a very nice work-out room. Room had a nice desk area, plenty of plugs, decent size refrigerator, and microwave. Breakfast was to be served at a certain time, but they moved it up to meet the needs of all the hunters since this was opening day of the season.

Lighting was poor. NO light in ceiling and none by my side of the bed. I have stayed here many times and noticed this room was much smaller than others we stayed in. Maybe because it was a king bed room. Could use a little updating in our room- ceiling especially.

Would not recommend this motel and will not considering staying there again.

The breakfast was very good.

Could of had carpeting on floor. Was very cold to walk on. Also bedding ,the comforter had spots on.wasn’t clean . Elevator was dirty inside. Towels and wash cloths like sandpaper. For a best western motel was very disappointed. Staff was friendly and helpful.

MOLD

It had black mold in shower, under shower mat, on ceiling throughout room. It was really gross and unkept. Honestly, maybe other rooms are better, but they need to shut this specific room down. Very concerning. We actually have never stayed in a room this awful before. We left immediately in the morning and will never come back.

Black mold everywhere. It was disgusting and unhealthy. Hot tub shutdown. Mold hanging from showerhead and on ceiling, in corner of bathtub and under bathtub mat.
