The best part of our stay was all the staff even the night girl we didn't see much of. Brittany eric, Jason Savanah and Savanahs crew make a wonderful team and do what they can for every individual they deal with. They do what they can to make sure your able to stay. I couldn't ask for a better place to spend my time during this unfortunate time in our lives.
I didn't like booking with hopper. They sucked

The downtown location was great.
Homeless people all over, the beds were as hard as a rock, and they gouged the prices for CSUC graduation weekend.

Staff was very receptive to our issues which should have never happened in the first place.
This motel houses a large number of homeless who treat the facility like a dump, it was a cross between Road Warriors and The Living Dead. It was impossible to sleep as the idiot above us was pounding on his floor for 2_3 hours before we moved rooms. Yet another wizard was walking around the parking lot with a samurai sword. It was a homeless crapfest.

the room smelled weird like smoke or something but it was nonsmoking

The staff was nice and friendly
Their were tiny roaches crawling all over the room. Very disappointing and disgusting. Got my money back late that night and had to change hotels and had a long hard day of with the next evening

friendly staff
Cleanliness is a non-factor. Hairs and dirt everywhere; and even cigarette ash in the nightstand drawers.

The location
We stayed in room 202.
The AC was so loud we got no sleep, cracked bathroom tiles, lumpy old mattress, dirty, dusty walls cracked. Online pool was open then 2 days before we checked in they said they just closed the pool. Looked to me like it was closed for months.

The front desk attendant was fantastic and friendly, definitely made the Inn seem very promising :)
The soap dispensers in the bathroom were both empty, and our sink was clogged. I tried to wash my hands and the water never went down from there.

Very friendly front desk staff, good wifi
Bed was uncomfortable and had a metal frame that was very unstable. Very few plugs in the room and the shower area smelled very musty

That it was posted that this room was listed with a jacuzzi and they do not have any on site. They have remodeled and booking.com needs to update the app

Nice location-- walking distance to downtown.
Exceedingly overpriced for what is offered.

I liked being close to downtown
The room was in very poor shape, dirty mattress with water stains, walls were dirty, bath tub squeaked when I stood in it. Stained chair looked from the 70’s. So very bad, it just needs some repair with care and attention

Location. The tub.
