Common areas (lobby) and restaurant staff were great.
It felt a little bit dirty to me. The housekeeper overlooked a rolled up pair of dirty socks in our room. Secondly, the carpeting in the hallways was dirty. Every corner and room threshold had accumulated dirt and debris that hadn’t been swept and vacuumed. Baseboards are dirty.

The shampoo and body soap wasn’t good - very watery and wasn’t full. Rust in the shower that wasn’t appealing. Towels were thin.

Only 2 lamps in the room . Very dark.. one of the beds was very shaky , one part loose on bottom mattress.

The staff went above and beyond to cater for us. We dealt with Alison at reception and she was an absolute dream! I cannot recommend this place enough purely based on staff customer service. Everyone was so kind and the place was spotless with a fabulous room for such great cost

Was the shower ... the shower head was working properly and also the ice machine was broke and vending machine wasn't working properly.

Convenient 
No valet parking, had a wedding which consumed the entire parking lot. They attempted to appease the guest, however, we are parked in the fire lane.

When I checked in July 22nd around 3-3:30pm, I was helped by a woman named Jamie. Honestly she was really rude. She came off condescending. I gave my ID for her to look up my stay. She never gave me any details about my stay. She just asked me to insert my credit card. The first time I entered my card it declined because I inserted an expired card by accident. She told me it did not go through, so I checked my card and that is when I realized my mistake. But I did proceed to ask how much I was being charged for as well because she never gave me any details what so ever. She told me the full total and amount due was $241.46. Which I had booked and paid through booking.com in full. She told me very rudely that I hadn’t paid anything and that I owed the $241.46. She asked how I paid, I told her through booking.com and paid with affirm through the booking.com app. She said she didn’t see anything and she wants to see how I paid. So I showed her my affirm app to show that it was approved and my booking was confirmed but she didn’t understand how that worked and proceeded to embarrass me and say I haven’t paid anything so why am I questioning why I owe. That she saw nothing from her end that any payment was made and asked her coworker to look and for me to again explain because it’s not making any sense what I’m saying. She’s never heard of anything like what I had explained. The gentleman coworker stepped over and showed her that it was paid and I owe nothing but the deposit because it clearly said that it was paid in full. After, she continued to talk under her breath and I didn’t appreciate it. Point of the fact, she needs to learn how to approach a situation that could have been easily settled if she read the screen. I was completely embarrassed as there were other people at the check in desk. I, as the guest shouldn’t have had to explain myself nor how the payment was made if it shows on your guys end. Customer service needs to be improved.

The hotel and rooms are clean. BUT the mattress OMG is horrible if you’re couples. It’s old and swinging when we moved our back.
