Easy of access to location
Was really surprise they didn't offer a continental breakfast bar... I have stayed at a lot of hotel and this really surprised me that is was $15 per person. I guess that is why only 3 people were at the breakfast bar. We went next door to McDonalds and we all ate (4) for under $15.

The oddness of it all.
The coffee maker didn't work,, the bed was too soft and the staff was unable to do anything to solve other than tell me other guest had same experience. Breakfast was not made to order and was terrible,

The pool was closed for construction, which was not advertised. Very sad kids.

The room was one of the renovated one. It was clean. The bathroom was like new. The breakfast was wonderful!!! The next day front end clerk was nice. The breakfast was really good for the extra $20 for a family of four. Will stay here again.
The front desk clerk was not professional in any way. My family and I walked in And she was on the phone with her daughter. Myself, wife, and our two young boys had to wait until she finished her conversation which took about 5 min. I had to ask for our free breakfast(included in the room for extra $20) coupon. But I was looking for something nice and clean and was scared because of the reviews. The hotel is working on renovations and I believe it will be nice when completed. The beds were very uncomfortable. Need new mattresses

Food was amazing.
They are working on renovating the property. it is on their website that construction is occurring but the renovations are not worth the stay. They cannot compensate for a reduced price in the room. They claim that they warn you upfront about the renovations at check in, but we were only told that the facilities were closed(which we already knew) the majority of construction occurs during check in where people are getting settled into the room and want rest. It is impossible to rest between the hours of 2-5 PM when they are hammering floors above your head. They will only help you book somewhere else if you are willing to pay their rate. We we’re given comp. breakfast and drink tickets but they were not worth the noise we were hearing. This was my first stay at the Hilton and unfortunately it was the worse stay I’ve ever had at a hotel. I will be staying at the Drury from here on out.

Staff was great. Amenities were limited. Must have not red the fine print that it was under construction. Had to pay for my breakfast. Room was great. Great location.
Paying for breakfast.

facilities renovation extensive. We were not informed, lots of facility, and water problems. Staff argued with us about our concerns. Would definitely not recommend anyone stay here at this time.

The front desk staff.
Property under major construction and a wreck. We arrived late, almost midnight…which the hotel was aware of. My husband and I, as well two of our teenage daughters get to our room after a 4.5 hour drive to find our room an unkept mess! The beds were unmade and visibly not clean/slept in. There was empty coke bottles and Powerade bottles strown about, dirty towels…need I say more. Obviously house keeping did not do their job that day. The two front desk reps were helpful in getting us a hotel room at a different location at a better price…not thrilled with having to load our luggage back up and drive to a different location, but it wasn’t their fault we arrived so late, so that was really the only complaint there-the timing. The other facility we ended up staying at was the Holiday Inn up the road we from this location and it was exceptional-especially the breakfast/staff/waitresses there. All in all a bad experience turned good thanks to helpful staff. Would suggest they check their rooms to make sure the cleaning staff actually did their job, before they check off on allowing potential guests to book the rooms.

Nothing
There was construction going on, everything was dusty, the workers partied all night outside our window. Tryed to call front desk 3 times nobody answered.

I am very disappointed we booked and confirmed 4 hours prior to arrival spoke to Nicole who stated that everything was good and it was okay for us to do late checkin. I advised we be in like 11:30 pm.
At arrival the receptionist Dixie, told us at check in, Oh yeah we tried to reach you , your room was given away. What we were just shocked for them to say that like it was okay. Sad e stayed there for years and for the lack of communication has made me feel like I do not want to stay at this hotel any more. And they have so much construction going on that they should have it website too .
