Ótimo custo benefício pertinho da estação Heavenly

Não esperava que o hotel tivesse café da manhã, foi uma bela surpresa. Possui bastante variedades de itens para um hotel da classe econômica.

O hotel por ficar a beira da estrada é um pouco barulhento mas nada que comprometa o sono.

De ruimte van de kamer. En de omgeving.

Er was een open haard die recentelijk nog gebruikt was. Rook ook nog sterk. Ook hier sterk verouderd.

Never get room cleaned or new towels

The people at the front desk helpful and very nice

I was there a month never git new towels or my room cleaned every I even left towels on floor to see if room would ever be cleaned

The value of the stay was worth the money. It was clean and the location was great.

The room was clean and the beds were comfortable enough.

The room was updated, the bathrooms were not. However, everything was very clean and felt comfortable enough.

Good value for money, I will come back!

Children-friendly, with a lot of animation for the kids! The location is perfect, it's very practical. Good food and good service in general!

Crowded when it's high season and they were short-staffed during the diner and at the bar. You need to be a bit patient in that case. But very friendly staff despite their stress!

It could have been better with a heater

Everything was going great, the location was near a lot of stores and a 7/11 and liquor shop were near.

The heater stopped working at day 2 and I called twice for it. No one came by to fix it, even when I sent someone to the front office because we were out of toilet paper and they told them about the heater nothing was done. Supposedly they called someone but no one came to fix it. We were cold after getting to the hotel from our new years event. It was about 25 degrees outside and nothing was done about it.

Adequate as least expensive accomadation we could find given location

Overall property in need of of major remodeling. Breakfast area not kept very clean during breakfast. Air condioning barely worked at all / very under-sufficiently adequate.

The cable on the TV kept losing reception. The AC filter needed to be cleaned.

I was comfortable and felt it was a good value for the money

Staff very nice. Was very glad to fin portable fan in closet as wall fan (or a/c?) was way too noisy and could not control.

Maybe a room cleaning after 3 days would be good even though I didn't ask for it. Railing on stairs from 2nd floor had peeling paint exposing wood and I scratched my hand and almost got a splinter. Fixing this should be a priority. Also other signs of deterioration of physical property need attention.

Watch out for pet fee.

Room/bathroom is clean.

Watch out for pet fee, when I booked the room there was no indication of the $15 per pet fee, the front desk was very rude with no negotiation of the pet fee, basically he used a brute force of no pet fee and we will refund your hotel fee.

Room was clean and comfortable and a quick bite to eat was great to start our morning

Good place to just sleep and shower. Not a hang out type of room.

Location was great. Easy parking. Snack run minutes away. Provides box fan because no ac.

No ac. Street is loud. Pillows smell like armpit. Room smelled at first but aired out eventually.

FREE PARKING, FREE BREAKFAST, BEDS WERE COMFORTABLE

Hot water in shower was hard to get as the handle was broken. Called for repair and they did not come. Had to call for batteries for TV remote.

The bed was comfortable. Location was nice.

The motel was run down. The carpet was stained and dirty. Ice machine was broken no coffee maker in the room. The pool was closed empty and full of trash. Went as a group and prices were all different. Not what we booked.

Don’t leave valuables around.

My husband left his red back shoes there and we drove all the way from Santa Cruz to pick them up because they told us they put them aside and then when we arrived they told us a staff member must have stole them.

Some staff should not be hired. One lady was very helpful but a man assisting basically said bad luck they have gone.
