Location.
Our room did not seem very clean, hair in the shower and bedding, room felt damp.

Great breakfast selection. Fruit, biscuits and gravy, eggs, bacon/sausage links, even included two waffle irons with different shaped molds so that you could make either a full sized waffle or a smaller waffle!
Pool is open late (until 12:00AM when we were there).
Unfortunate incident where the elevator was out of order, but staff was very accommodating and had signs up to advise guests of the inconvenience, and the elevator was fixed within a couple of hours. Definitely not something that I would hold against the hotel.

I enjoyed the continental breakfast a lot. Everything was freshly made and staff was awesome. The coffee area was pretty nice too! Our room size was nice and having a jacuzzi in the room was very nice.
The headboard was broken and had slid down the wall so that I could not turn on the light. The bathroom had dark brown splatter on the door frame. It looked wet. The headboard had hand marks on it from what looked like many many people being intimate. The walls and door had patches that were easily seen.
When we went to the pool the hot tub was not hot. It was the same temperature as the pool. I was quite disappointed.

Very friendly staff who were extremely helpful. They did an excellent job with the cleanliness of the building and the breakfast was excellent. Convenient location and good price.

The room was very clean, quiet and modern. The front desk staff were polite, personable and helpful. The coffee and breakfast were plentiful and delicious 😋 The location was convenient to many fun activities, great restaurants and super shopping!

When I first booked the hotel the price said $218 a night. Instead I paid $279 a night. Wasn't too happy about that.

Good breakfast, friendly staff, upgraded us to large room with hot tub.
Window had large crack, another window was completely foggy/dirty. The curtain needed to be fixed and bright light was shining in all night. It took ten minutes for the hot water to kick in for the whirlpool tub in our room. The pool in facility was warm like bath water, the hot tub was dirty and none of the jets were working.

Staff couldn't have been nicer. Our housekeeper Renee was exceptional, Manager Joan, and evening manager were as well. Floor in elevator and outside of elevator had same food on it and sticky floors for 3 days. Hall/stair carpet flooring dirty, yet it's hard to keep those areas clean. Our room was immaculately clean.

Location to downtown Stillwater was great. I didn’t get his name who was working the front desk when we checked in, but he was great and went above and beyond to make my son happy.

The selections were good.
I wanted to get the AARP discount applied, but I was told it was already, but I didn’t reserve the room WITH the AARP discount. I’m very disappointed that we weren’t given the discount. I’d appreciate follow up WITH giving us the discount via a credit on our card used to pay for the room.
There were not any towels by the pool either. We had to ask for them.

Breakfast has wide variety but ran low on food quickly..Coffee was excellent.
Lots of kids coughing and hacking while dishing up food so it put me off the food laid out.
