Left quickly and didn't stay the night

It was conveniently placed to destination

There was mildew/ mold visible in bathroom and bedroom/ fridge. The whole facility smelled musty.

My family and I had a great stay, we stopped on our way through to Boston.

Breakfast was included, which was nice!

The pool is seasonal 😔

The woman at the front desk was very kind

The hotel store was not stocked it was freezing in the hotel the pool was closed the room was not the cleanest the hotel was under construction.

Easy access to vehicles

Housekeeping staff took some momentos from room after cleaning. A skull grinder, and an angel stone.

Not worth the $ for 6 hours of sleep

staff was friendly

I didn’t realize smoking in hotels was still a thing, when I booked the room all that was left apparently was smoking, it was awful. My kids and I slept in a room that reeked of smoke, bedding pillows, everything. it was absolutely disgusting. i honestly had no idea that people were allowed to smoke in hotel rooms anymore and didn’t pay attention to that when I booked. The breakfast was complimentary, any Ramada inn I’ve ever stayed at has a hot breakfast as part of their complimentary breakfast, except this one. there were no hot items other than waffles of toast for you to make yourself. no eggs, no bacon or sausage, no potatoes. very dissatisfied for the price I paid to stay & sleep from 2:30am-8:30pm (6hrs) because we were too exhausted from traveling all day to continue on home which is an hour and a half away. will never do that again. not worth the $260 for 6 hrs.

All staff encountered were excellent and helpful. Breakfast was very good. The location is very good for touring Portsmouth area...and the room cost was very competitive!

This facility, in every respect, is very, very overdue for "serious physical updating" and the poor conditions degrades the overall feeling of the stay!! Overnight - Ok - longer???

Over PRICED, marijuana NOT my thing when with child... Sad as hell. For price we paid

Smelling of marijuana in hallways and dog barking next door, had a child with us and the smell was really STRONG, and we complained to staff... Back door NOT locked, all had to do was pull hard... Very disappointed, especially with PRICE we paid .. over priced for this place... Rooms NOT clean as could be, child found stuff under beds and toilets didn't flush well... Won't be back!!!

Place is misleading on the picture. In side is old, smells of mold and old. Gray not painted rooms. I was very disappointed it was not worth the money we pay.there is other hotels for that money or cheaper and brand new renovated

Everything, except the stave in a,front desk, they are very nice.

Our room was clean and comfortable but the breakfast area was sticky and missing hygiene.

Check in was easy and the young lady at the reception was friendly and helpful.

The hotel needs quite a lot of fixing and repair. The toilet was shaky and some light bulb missing. Breakfast was good but the gentleman taking care of the area was totally useless. He walked around with both of his hands in his pockets and did not wipe off one single table. He just checked if any items needed refilling, but that was it. There were few guests at breakfast but not one table or the counter was clean. After we sat down, my husband noticed that his arm was laying in syrup. During the entire time of our breakfast the make employee only added some slices of bread.

Not horrible but not great. Smelly.

Staff friendly!

The smell. Overwhelmed by smell. Maybe from the pool below? The room was so bad had to air it out for two hours. Woke up with runny nose and cough from the chemical smell. Maybe the cleaning supplies. Shower ok. Floor dirty. Towels clean. Now In Holiday Inn and feel like a movie start and almost half the price.

There was a mini-fridge.

Run down faciltiyt with sink holes under old carpeting. Uncomfortable bed. Sound of cars on highway outside, even though I specified quiet room
