Enjoyed staying in Cle ELUM and the Travelers Inn was comfortable.

Friendly staff. Clean room. Affordable. Easy to find. Fridge and microwave in room. Welcoming. Convenient location. Free parking.

Thin walls. TV mounted at a slant from the bed making it difficult to watch comfortably. Not enough hot water for showering.

Disappointing

Easy to find.

The room was extremely small. The bed was extremely uncomfortable. The water was turned all the way to hot and still barely warm. One of the bath towels had what looked like mud or something on it. (not noticeable until I unfolded it) the photos I seen before booking were not close to what the room actually looks like.

I found a comfortable room just off the freeway, when I really needed it.

I felt welcome as soon as I walked through the door. I had a long day and it was nice to be greeted by a kind smile. I knew at that moment I was going to have a good night's rest.

liked the old time look of the place.

it was what we expected, an old motel with cost saving new owners...but the place is cool :)

we loved the step-shower in #24. having a plumber install one at home this week, by chance.

We were very comfortable and stayed until check-out.

The location was very convenient. The staff were efficient, welcoming, and doted on my 5-yr-old grandson. We asked about a playground. They told us about a park that was perfect for us.

The shower tile could have been cleaner. The grout needed bleaching.

I put a chair under my door and slept in my clothes.

You could hear guests on either sides (all night) This property definitely needs an upgrade! Paper thin walls, bedding had an old musty smell, (but was comfortable) sheets had stains on them. Towels were older than me and scratchy. I didn’t take a shower due to this. I would not stay here again.

A wonderful, clean, comfy place to stay.

A clean and comfy room with fridge and microwave. Reasonably priced. The owners were delightfully gracious.

Staff was extremely friendly.

The room had electrical issues, the room is slanted which made it hard not to roll out of bed. The bed was like sleeping on plywood.

I will be back

Ground floor, no stairs.

Was a bit small in size. Bathroom door a bit narrow for plus size person and it looks like someone punched a hole in it. I wouldn't quite call the breakfast a breakfast but it is what it is. It had coffee.

It was an unexpected stay due to snow. I appreciated the room for the price and the location.

The kindness of the staff. One man offered to help me with my snowy car.

While the accommodations matched the very reasonable price, there was very little room between the bed, the wall, and the desk. Not a big deal, really. I would have liked to see a chain lock or something like that on the door. (The door had a deadbolt, which I very much appreciated.)
