Bad

I booked last min due to a family emergency. I was driving from duarte California late at night. I thought I could make the 3 hour drive and would be there by 2am. I was falling asleep at the wheel and pulled over in palm desert. Hilton was able to get me in. Slept for 3 hours, then back on the road. I'm sitting in the hospital now, w my husband who had a stroke. I requested a refund, and it was denied. I was hoping for a little grace because of the situation. I can provide proof of the hospital. Thank you in advance for reading this.

Breakfast was ok, it would be nice to have great cut fruit. The attendant was great!

Loved this place till this past stay!

I have stayed here before, but this time was a horrible stay! First the girl sent us to a room that was already occupied, we walk in on the man that was in there, thank god he was dressed, the second and third time she gave us keys that didn’t work! last but not least we came in the back door and it didn’t lock!!!!! I didn’t sleep well and I was afraid. Did not feel safe at all!

A clean and comfortable motor inn. The kind of thing Best Western does well most of the time.

Decent breakfast. Super comfortable bed, and room. The “truck stop” location had many amenities.

The highway is noisy, but we expected that.

the room was bad. the floor was so poppy and loud we were afraid to walk on it and the shower the floor kept popping and cracking to where we were afraid to take a shower. will not stay again

Pleasant

Location in amazing, right in the middle of the death valley. Morning run to Borax site was neat. Would recommend. Swimming pool is open til 11 pm.

The check-in during rush hour was so long. Restaurant choice was a bit restrained and overpriced.

I have never seen such a dirty place. The carpets are so dirty, you can even see it’s not cleaned vey well The only reason we even stayed the night was because we were so tired
