Have stayed here before and like it very much. Old hotel in need of some TLC but a great stay nonetheless.
Large room, close by parking, great location and nice small bar, resonable room rates.

Staff at front desk were super friendly and helpful; dinner in the bar with live entertainment was excellent- waiter, food, ambiance etc
The bathroom could really use better window treatments- there is an old shade that is torn and ugly. Some fresh curtains and a new shade would do wonders. Only other thing was that the furniture was quite dusty.

The location was fantastic. We could walk everywhere.. The staff and the room were very nice. Bed was extremely comfortable. It was a little pricey for what it was. I understand you're paying for the fact that it's an older in and you're in Saratoga. But we paid over $300 for a standard room and breakfast wasn't even included. Come on. Overall beautiful place!

Bed was a little too firm, but just a personal preference.

Location was key to our purpose for visiting. We were attending a concert at UPH and wanted to walk to both the concert and dinner before it. Despite the weather, we had a wonderful time. Room was clean & cozy, bed very comfortable.

The close proximity to downtown was a huge plus. I could walk to everywhere I wanted to go to.
The Inn needs a lot of TLC: a total refurbishment is in order here. Fresh paint and new carpeting would go a long way.

36 degrees outside and the AC was still in the window, and all windows were open a little allowing all the traffic noise in, which was all night. No bar and no dining room available. Bed was very high from floor and creaked a lot. All furniture was very old and damaged.

The property is a restored heritage building keeping the historical aura intact. Care have been put in maintaining the original ambience from yester years in choice of original décor and furniture layouts.
Being a older property, internet could be spotty, especially in the rooms.

Great location.. short walk to restaurants and shops on Broadway. No need to drive or Uber, Very convenient! Beautiful Congress Park is across the street. Its a charming Victorian Hotel built in mid the 1800’s. Very clean! Staff is great! One of the best breakfasts I’ve ever had and its included in the price of the room. Have stayed at the Inn previously and will again! Love it there! Highly recommend it!
