We got shuffled around because our room had a running faucet and instead of giving us a room with 2 beds it was only 1 b

I really like the location. The beds were soft good to sleep on. Very nice staff.

Had to pay for breakfast. Understand that was the deal, it was close to where we needed to be so it was good to stay, just wish breakfast was more affordable for a larger family.

Best experience we have had at a hotel

The check in was the fastest and best checkin experience I’ve ever had at a hotel. Also the staff was pronominal! We left a phone behind and they went right up found it for us and told us they had of safely!

We will be sure to come back and enjoy everything offered at Hilton.

We had late and early plans with a friend, so we did not eat at restaurant. We came in later than thought so missed exercise room and pool.

Needed more coffee pods, but we were glad to have bottled water and refrigerator.

Great Hotel

Have stayed here before, Great central location, lovely clean room, quiet location. Plenty of car parking, easy to walk to multiple restaurants. Handy fridge and microwave in room. Despite lack of GF items for breakfast, will use again

Other then fruit and yoghurt, no gluten free items for breakfast. Wifi was adequate but slow compared to other hotels.

We were going to eat breakfast in restaurant but the cook who was cooking the food had big, big hair and not hair net. We decided not to eat breakfast there. Don't like hair in my food.

Cook could have had a hairnet.

the location was good

customer service was awful the staff at the front desk was so rude and irritated. his name was lance and was beyond rude to me and my family so bad that we had to check out . our door wasn’t working when we explained to him he got upset because we complained about it then he eventually switched us but was super rude about it screaming and yelling I don’t know what kind of manage would allow that I called Corporate because no manager was on site and able to reach wouldn’t recommend this place at all
