Nice accessible property for a stop on a road trip. Had a king room with a kitchenette, living area is not separate but room is spacious. Decent free breakfast. Overall a cut above this level hotel and a good value!
The coffee machine was broken during the free breakfast. The one thing that is most needed first thing in the morning! Maybe have a backup?

Close to highway
Cockroaches in initial room, smelt like smoke in second room, and no washcloths available at front desk for two days

very spacious place to stay for three members of family and a dog.
I could hear voice from other room.

Breakfast
The conditioner bottle is not pumping well. And water bottles not being replenished everyday during our stay. Was expecting that there's bell boy services to assist us during check in and check out.

Near restaurants, and Inner Space Caverns, Downtown Round Rock. Quite slept well.
The pool is small. Was looking forward to swimming but didn't even get in after seeing size.

It’s safe and the employees are very friendly
The card didn’t work on one of the doors to get into the building

Friendly staff!
Pool area needs some updating.

The area and the staff were very nice and helpful
The beds were smaller than expected and the sofa bed was a box spring and very hard to sleep on

Breakfast, room and location were great.
Staff is a bit unfriendly. Not one staff member spoke in passing out of about 7 people.

I liked the setup - living room and kitchen separate from the sleeping area with a door to divide them. It was nice since there were so many of us in the room.
It would have been nice to have had a dog park to take our dogs out to. But the doggy stations were conveniently located.

only a couple towels in bathroom

I enjoyed the large bathroom. The beds were comfortable.
We found a roach trap in a cabinet that has dead roaches inside of them. After eating we placed the pizza by the sink and an hour later there were roaches in them

bed not comfortable at all!!!

the staff were incredibly kind and helpful. we stayed an unplanned second night due to weather. which they accommodated readily. in spite of the cold and wind walking our 2 big dogs was a delight due the excellent highly accessible outdoor spaces to walk them.
nothing to not like

Friendly welcome by staff and great location.
The elevator was button was broken on fourth floor. We were unable to call the elevator. Fire door was propped open to use stairs. Due to the wear on the carpet it had been broken for a while.

Rooms are spacious and accommodating - great set up with kitchenette.

I like it’s dog friendly. but you have to have the oldest rooms. someone was smoking next door. The children above us could easily be heard running and tearing up the room. there was no sound barrier between floors.

The layout of our room was convenient, and having the kitchen was great. The room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was fine, nothing especially different or noteworthy, but there were hot and cold choices, fresh fruit, and the coffee and food never ran out.
The distance from the elevator to our room was surprisingly far…not a huge inconvenience, but I heard other guests mention it. There was a social hour featuring free beer, wine and snacks - nice idea, but the food wasn’t great.

We loved the lady at the front desk when we checked in. I liked that they had a 24 hour laundry room. They had plenty of food/snack options available in the lobby, if needed. Although it is located next to a QT gas station and market. Location is super easy, and located fairly close to restaurants and shopping.
The air conditioner was on the opposite side of the room as the bed. We had a disability accessible suite. And it was pretty warm during most of our stay. And they replaced the ceiling fan/light over the bed with just a regular ceiling light fixture.

free breakfast, clean, nice staff, good location, free parking
older property somewhat dated, linens felt old, prices were high seemed doubled due too various events in Austin-

It was a great room and hotel
It's still a little pricey but still a great hotel

the lodging was fine - what I expected it for the price.
There was a 40$ upcharge at the register when we checked in despite despite the booking.com price. “We don’t have a kitchen” was what we got when we asked about dinner. We were literally offered lame TV Dinners in the lobby (no room service). The pool is more of a pond… and however they made breakfast happen (with no kitchen) it was still just as tasteless and lame as the night before. I wanted the upgrade but there are much better places for the money.
