Disappointed

Nothing.

Room was completely dirty. There was toe nail clippings on the bed and covering the carpet on the side of the bed. The hotel looked completely dirty and the staff told me I wouldn’t be able to stay at a decent hotel in the area and did not seem surprised that the room was filthy.

Met our needs but I don't know if we will return

location was great

Breakfast was not great. Very limited. waffles, cereal and muffins. No toast sausage or bagels. Very offensive to have so many signs saying that food can't be taken to room. Why not??? We had a person with disabilites where eating in the room was easier.

It was not clean and there were parties in the parking lot all night the bath tub filled up when showers were taken and I’m still waiting for my security deposit to be returned

There was one rude worker but the others made up for it

That my kids had fun anyway.

The room was half clean and not enough towels. The pool was half clean and all the fast food places are gone that was close by.

Not much

Very dated building, stairway didn't look to have been swept in over a week. Very noisy, people bickering outside. Would not recommend to family or friends. Desk withheld additional 50.00 deposit

Nice sweet but pissy

I was next to some rooms that had water damage. My bathroom had strong very heavy urine smell. It wasn't from the housekeepers doing their jobs because I witnessed them personally cleaning the room. Please don't put anyone else in room 116 until y'all get those other rooms repaired. The employees were very nice very kind & polite. The front desk, Very nice people as well Ty for a nice stay. Rebecca your housekeeper and Linda who's in the breakfast area I thank them for being nice to me and polite. All of your kindness is greatly appreciated

I liked the tv service and breakfast service.

I found trash and sold underwhere in my room. Also the bed had burn marks in it. I was told I had 2 days left and I only received one. The door hinges were rusted and door was screwed togeather.

Overall a great experience and I will be back, if in Flint.

I don't know why people were giving bad reviews. I thought this place was great, especially for the money. The staff was friendly, too. I would definitely stay again, and I'm picky. No signs of bugs of any kind, an array of toiletries in the bathroom (even makeup wipes) and My room was clean. Bathroom was very clean...smelled of bleach. Bed linens were clean, as well. Area seemed safe and parking was ample. Seemed to be a quiet area, but close to everything (stores and restaurants).I did not use the pool. Breakfast was the usual waffle/yogurt/muffin with coffee (which was awful...VERY watery) and staff was nice and helpful.

Carpet was ...well, you know how hotel carpet is. I always wear shoes in any hotel that has carpet, anyway. The hotel clerk said they are removing it from all rooms and are remodeling, anyway, but it didn't stink or anything.

I liked it was only $148 total for 2 nights, but needed some upkeep maintenance for the room we stayed in.

It was clean & the staff was very friendly.

It needs a lot of repair work for the room we stayed in. It was clean, but had several issues with badly used furniture with wear & several much needed repairs in the room we stayed in.

the bathroom smelled like mildew as well as the shower curtain the shower curtain looks like a Curtain you would put on a window, the covers stank as well including the hotel room stinks. it smells like old towels, when it was time for me too check in they said my room wasn’t ready. I had a king sized bed but it looks very much like a queen bed. I was told my room was upstairs but it wasn’t it down stairs. the tv channels are wrong %80 won’t even come in. my coffee maker is in the bathroom which is disgusting.

Disgusting and will never stay or recommend to anyone.

Absolutely nothing.

Everything was filthy in my room. Bathroom door was broken along with wallpaper peeling off walls. Stairs going up to second floor were jet black with dirt.
