Easing into Detroit

Responsive staff helped to make this stay feel safe and comforting. When I had a problem the staff was quick to get it corrected. It helped especially when dealing with 3 young ones. I wish more hotels were like this one!

I honestly didn't find out see anything that I did not like about this place.

Superb

Everything was perfect from the jacuzzi in the room to the comfortable bedding. The continental breakfast was basic and fulfilling. We normally stay at this hotel when we travel in town. Well worth the price!

It was spacious and accommodated my needs

It had a little smell like the carpet was dirty. In one of my rooms, the air didn't work (202).

Breakfast was good, room should've been cleaned thoroughly.

The breakfast was good.

The bathroom washcloth had small hairs in it (like pubic hair) when I opened it up to use it. The bathroom was also a little dirty, but I cleaned it up before my family saw it. I told management about the washcloth and she apologized, but did not offer a discount on the room.

staff not professionally, no one ever answered front desk phone , spill in elevator told staff nothing was done

for the value, cleanliness and friendly staff I would definitely recommend to friends

property was clean and staff was friendly and professional.

when we arrived to check in, their was a party in the lobby and it was quite noisey until at least 11 pm, also the place needs alot of TLC

THE BEST HOME AWAY FROM HOME 🏡

I like the fact that the staff accommodated my every need, if I had a request a complaint,whatever they did everything to rectify my needs.the staff went over and beyond to make sure my stay Was comfortable ❤️ House keeping was outstanding I even tipped them. As I stated the staff was great and I let them know it. I treated them with respect, and they reciprocated, with the same respect. I found my home away from home. Thank you again comfort suites❤️and whenever I return comfort suites will be where I will stay.🙏🏿🤗🤗🙌🏿

Nic place but staff is rude. Terrible service from front desk staff.

nice set up. big rooms

staff was rude. I waited at the desk for 10 minutes just for someone to check me in. I asked a staff member who walked by and then behind the desk then back out towards the door if there was someone working the desk, and she said “yea she’s either in the bathroom or checking to see if a room is clean” and continued walking out the door. front desk clerk was not friendly or apologetic and she stayed on her phone laughing at whatever she was watching for the rest of the night.
