VICTIM OF CLARION/QUALITY INN CREDIT CARD FRAUD

The friendly maids that clean the rooms

The pool was filthy which indicates that the pool has poor quality filters as well as no one cleans pool on a daily basis. The fact that there is no warm contental breakfast or any breakfast as advertised and guaranteed with every booking. I booked weekly rental rooms which guaranteed that there were full functional kitchenette the stove was not properly working and had exposed wiring and the kitchen faucet was not fully installed or operational at all as advertised in the booking details. The rooms had roaches and the bedding and towels were stained unsatisfactorly. The flooring not cleaned as well as the AC units filthy and rusty and poorly working. The parking lot had litter and trash laying all over the ground I got a razor blade in my back tire and had to get it replaced which cost me $180 due to them not properly street sweeping their parking lot. These staff members Stephanie, Gracie, Kourtney, and Abby unethically and dishonestly manage and run the Hotel Establishment by fraudulently comm1iting credit card fraud charges without prior authorization and notification. These staff members also display and conduct themselves in a Unprofessional manner by exercising RACISM towards guest of opposite ethnic backgrounds to their Causaian ethnicity. These females do not uphold to the Choice Hotel Stay Mission / Vision Statement as well as any type of Hospitality trait/mannerisms.

The bed was nice.

Broken door lock, smoky room, toilet ran on and off every few minutes all night, no breakfast included although it was advertised as having breakfast. 1 staff said she'd move us but that didn't happen.

The atmosphere of the room was disgusting and made me take a shower as soon as I got home

Literally nothing.

There were black dots covering the entire shower. It would run off with enough effort but the cleaning staff never attempted to fully clean the shower. There were dead flys all over the windowsill. There were a lot buzzing around too. The paint was scratched up and marked all along the interior. The remote didn't work, it only let you go down in channels not up. My car was attempted to be broken into as well, my car alarm went off at 12am.

There was nothing to like!!

The room was old,dirty, stains on the carpet, there was a whole in the shower wall. Bed was broken down, you laid on it and it sucked you to the middle. It had a old smell.

ok for one night stop on the way to South Dakota

It's a standard motel outside of the city center. The room was ok, shower ok, bed very confortable. Good to have microwave and fridge in the room.

The door was ruined by an accident (I believe) and not closing very well. Breakfast was insufficient: everything was finished at 8 and no replenishment at all.

Horrible customer service! Gave my room away and didn’t even notify me.

The hotel gave my room away!!! I had a reservation and they gave it away. I couldn’t find another room anywhere in town! I’m very disappointed!

Only option at our price point for the weekend...

Staff was nice, but very very understaffed. Beds were comfortable. My son loved the pool and the pool tables.

The walls in the bathroom were dirty. It looked like there was feces smeared on the wall by the toilet paper holder. There was dirt in the corners of the bathroom that had not been cleaned in some time and trash on the floor of the room under the tables and furniture that had been there awhile. The breakfast was understaffed, most stuff was gone long before end of breakfast and juice machines were broken. Our room phone was not plugged into the wall and there wasn't even a cord to plug it in and the toilet ran all night.

Disappointing

The pool was very nice and breakfast was very good.

The halls.were filthy, some.of the clientele was highly questionable, and at 10:00 pm 5 police cars, 2 fire trucks, a hazmat truck, and an ambulance converged on the premises and dealt with some issue in the hotel for 2 hours. The hotel was extremely over priced for what we got and for the dangerous, dirty environment. Do NOT stay here.

If our room was indicative of the whole hotel, then the whole place should be completely overhauled.

The beds were really comfortable. The breakfast area was nice as was the food. The desk clerk was great!

The carpet was filthy, there were broken outlet covers, dirty floor, sticky night stand, peeling paint, no fan in the bathroom, mildew in the bathroom, no outlet in the vanity area, the unplugged cord to the only lamp in the room was stuck under a heavy bed frame and we had to call maintenance to come fix it.

The pool was nice

The first room smelled like marijuana, when they changed our room there were still dirty towels in the bathroom. Complained multiple times to have them clean the bathroom and get rid of the dirty towels. They kept telling us someone was coming, but never did. disgusting!

Strong smell of urine in corridors. Hotel allows pets, and they pee everywhere. Floors, walls and hallways were extremely dirty. Too much noise at night.

Hotel should be closed down!!!

The restaurant was closed. The complimentary breakfast was terrible, could not even eat it. The pool was very cold, no hot tub. The exterior doors were broken, so the key wouldn’t open it. The key wouldn’t open the room. I had to go to the front desk 3 times before I could get in the room. Broken furniture in the room. Someone else’s dirty dishes in the room. Toothpaste from previous guest still in sink. Black mold around the shower.Lots of noise. Would not recommend this place to anyone.

only stay in an interior unit and you will have a great stay.

They beds were super comfy… on the inside units. The staff were all great.

The outside units were terrible, nothing but smokers and long timers. I made them move me a few times due to the rooms smelling like smoke and not feeling safe, but once I got moved to an interior unit it was great.

Price was good enjoyed the free breakfast normally it would have been 5.00 but we got a room upgrade through booking and I'm sure that's what it was it was clean the staff was friendly the indoor pool the big breakfast the patios to go and hang out in the morning for coffee

That being that they were understaffed there was no breakfast that morning I mean they could have at least put out some honey buns me and that it's $5 a day I know mine was free but I'm sure others paid for it Also room service sucks I was gone for 2 days and maybe even come and clean also having to resolve an issue with payment being refunded but can you try to get a hold of them several times and you know avail they're short-handedness is really made the difference

It was not worth the money and it needs a complete remodel

There wasn’t much that we liked about it besides the breakfast. It was cold but it was good

There was lipstick stains all over the curtains, the Pool was super cold and the hot tub was drained. The pool table area had no balls or anything to be able to play pool with. The walls in the motel room were torn up and looked awful. The sheets had black marks on them. There was a lot wrong with that room and was not worth $100 for one night. I really wish I would’ve taken pictures so I can show you how bad it was.

The room 200 was good size split between living and bed. There was newer furniture dispersed through out. We got a room on a short booking. It was less than other overpriced motels.

General building used hard in need of maint. Appeared to be mid remodel with carpet piled in pool area. Tv did not work until we plugged into functional outlet. Room was likely a fixed up storeroom.
