Great location. Dirty room.

The location is conveniently located right off the highway. There are plenty of restaurants within walking distance and stores in a half mile radius. Hotel was central to activities we wanted to do. The bed was comfortable.

The room was dirty. The chair and sofa have plenty of obvious stain marks and pet hairs. Tub has permanent black stain marking all over. Items in the room were dusty. Seems like the room has not been booked in weeks, hence the absolute neglect of cleaning. Breakfast consists of bread, bagel, oatmeal. waffle maker, dispensable yogurt, orange juice and the usual hotel coffee.

Wifi wouldn't hook up to our PS5 or Nintendo switch had to listen to a pissed off husband and grand child because there wasnt nothing they could do in the room but watch TV there's no amenities/pool

Good accommodations for the night, could be a little cleaner.

The room was comfortable and had everything I needed for a quick overnight.

There were used shampoo bottles and soap left in the bathroom and dog hair in the carpet.

The folks on duty at both check in and check out were wonderful. Pleasant, smiling faces always welcome after 12 hrs of driving. The rooms were very clean and comfortable. Complimentary breakfast had a surprising number of options to choose from. Very pleased with our stay.

Ice/snow removal from the walks and parking lot could have been much better. Very hazardous getting to the front door from your car. Only a seasonal thing, but potentially dangerous! One other minor point, the bathtub in my room had a used wash cloth in the upper corner of the tub area. Why, who knows, but it was still there when I left.

Had to wait over 10 minutes to have a lukewarm shower, no hot water. Noisy, rooms were not sound proof at all.

No way to darken the room to sleep and extremely loud. Chair in room was VERY stained. 🤢

Good value for the money.

The room was very clean and the bed was comfortable. The staff was very efficient.

The breakfast consists of cereal. The waffle maker was broken for a while and the replacement wasn't installed yet. 😕
