Es aceptable

El trato de llegada es incómodo y de muy mal gusto. Probablemente otros viajeros lo han motivado es inapropiado que pidan 100 dólares por dar el alojamiento aparte del pago. Y lo regresan hasta dentro de dos semanas por ser su método Yo viajó desde Canadá. Hasta Sudamérica en hoteles de mejor calidad y nunca me han pedido garantía. Voy a escribir un correo a la secretaria de turismo del paso tx.

Nice staff, comfortable beds. Shuttle to the airport available.

The shower in room 303 sprayed water all over the room. Breakfast is typical for American motels. Also just a note, the location on Google maps if you search this hotel is wrong.

The food the amedies they have an the 24hr fitness They also have free breakfast everyday at 6am to 10 Massage chairs an walking distance to airport

Not as good as the other reviews suggest

Many comments praised the cleanliness. It is not true. The room was small for the price. Everything was in bad condition, e.g., the bathroom door knob was fixed with tape. The AC was noisy.

Excellent Staff Great breakfast so much to choose from

Friendly Staff the breakfast was really good so many options to choose from not to mention the rooms are very very deep cleaned and I loved the way they remodeled them.The whole entire place is decorated with Painting I loved everything about this hotel I would definitely book this again.

Perfect hotel for a early flight.

Real good service at the from desk, we have to leave early to fly home and the employee there prepare us a bag with yogourt and muffin because we were to early for breakfast schedule. A small think who make the difference.

Free drink all the time in the lobby. We can walk from the hotel to the airport in less than 5 minutes. Quiet area. Mini fridge une the room.

Nice hotel and staff

I had a King room which was large and had a nice view of the mountains. The bed was comfortable, and the WiFi was strong. Everything was clean and well kept. Breakfast was good, and all staff were friendly and helpful. I loved the cool artwork on the walls. It took me about 5 minutes to walk to the airport.

Unfortunately it is not something that can be changed, but there was quite a bit of traffic noise. If you're a light sleeper ask for a room on the side away from the road. I would still consider staying there again though next time I am in El Paso.

Super clean fresh room. Close to interstates and airport but quiet.

I liked everything. Super clean room. Room smelled fresh. I would never know that someone may have occupied this room previously. All hotels should smell this good. Fresh not over powering. Bed was the best I’ve slept in (19 hotels in past 5 months). Friendly staff. Decent breakfast. Even though close to airport was quiet and I had a nice grassy area to take my dog and places to walk (very important to me).

Nothing negative to say.

Convenient to the airport with unexpected amenities

The room decor was very different from standard hotel rooms, and I was very pleasantly surprised when I entered. It included a window seat. There were shampoo, conditioner, and body wash available in the shower in pump dispensers. They had 24 hr availability of fountain drinks in the lobby, free shuttle to the airport, although it is so close I would have walked if it had been daylight. I also very much appreciated the availability of gluten free options for breakfast, including bread, hard-boiled eggs and fruit cups. I needed to leave very early, so they made up a bag for me the night before. I was able to keep the items in the refrigerator in the room.

Although staff was very nice, it was clean, we probably would not stay there again due to room size

Staff was excellent, hotel was clean, showers were great, and location was fine.

Fire alarm went off three times in one night, no sleep, customer vaping in room. Toilet ran all night so I had to turn off at wall, it was fixed by maintenance the next day with apologies so this negative is balanced. Room was terribly small for the money paid.

I was nothing fancy, but it still awesome!

the price I paid did not meet my expectations; It exceeded my expectations. The staff were extremely friendly and accommodating. The receptionist, Abraham, was extremely helpful and very friendly. I wish that I also knew the name of the lady who worked where breakfast was served because she was great. This was, by far, my best experience at a hotel. It was nothing fancy, but it still was awesome. Thank you to the whole staff for such a wonderful experience.
