Dirty

Non smoking room smelled cigarette smoke. Asked for another room. 2nd room: Fridge was broken. Couldn't take shower because bathtub was plugged and had dirty water.

The front desk lady was very nice

The tv was missing, all around poor condition and wore out, wore out beds and bedding

Very clean and great value.

It was very clean and reasonable. It is an older style of room furniture but in great shape and everything in working order. Instant hot shower and laundry machines on site.

Nothing not to like unless you wanted a pool but it suited our needs perfectly and for much less than other hotels close by which is why we initially chose it. We will stay there against.

Very convenient for room accommodate but no room condiments no towels

I was able to mind my own business in side my room, with no disruption

There were no towels available in room as courtesy and no bathroom condiments, no shampoo conditioner no soap no hair dryer no coffee machine iron ,

A good place to stay for a night

The place was easy to find and close to fast food outlets and other amenities. The room was clean and spacious. The best thing about the room was the jacuzzi (room 101). It worked like a charm, especially after the long drive I had.

The decor scheme is a little dated, however, for the price I paid, and for the purpose I stayed (just a night while I was travelling through to Atlanta), it did not matter much. It is located quite close to the interstate, but surprisingly not much noise gets into the rooms

Great place to stay for a good value.

The guy in the front office he's great! Treats you with respect and he really wants your stay to be as comfortable as possible. He went above and beyond on our stay to accommodate us and we appreciate it so much.

The beds are not pillow top lol 😂 but that's just what I'm used too. That's literally the only thing I can complain about. My husband on the other hand likes a firm bed. So it's up in the air. But everything else was amazing it really was I'm so impressed with how it's changed in last few years.

I stayed here about 6 weeks. The staff was awesome they were always super polite and attentive. Down to earth people that went above and beyond for anything I may have asked for. The rooms were clean and well kept the 2 office personal were always checking on me whenever they would see me outside and were always super friendly. Making sure I didn’t need or want anything. I plan on coming back to Lake City for work and if or when I do I’ll be staying here again. I appreciate their hospitality

I think other reviews can be misleading. As travelers we need to compare apples to apples. This is a budget hotel. It’s a excellent one. Cold AC, hot shower, clean room. I’m not buying the space. It’s not a Hilton resort. I’ll stay again

Quiet spot near everything but off the beaten path

Old Florida motel located close to I-75 but not at all noisy. Is basic but has all the necessities. Owner is friendly and quickly addressed one minor concern. Follow your GPS because this is hard to find if you don't know the area. That, for me, was a definite plus.

Excellent LOCALLY OWNED Inn, we enjoyed a clean and pleasant stay!

Great Inn, we were very happy with our stay! Would highly recommend if looking for an affordable place to stay in Lake City. They were still doing some renovations when we stayed, but it was very clean, comfortable bed, great staff! LOCALLY OWNED, SUPPORT LOCAL BUSINESSES!
