Hotel was nice but customer service was lacking and needs some improvements.

It was clean and updated. It is convenient to where we were going .

I booked that my dog would be with us . I called several times make sure it was pet friendly and second day there I was told they don’t allow pets . Luckily she let us stay and pay 50 deposit I was told it would be . Also the toilet leaked , sink leaked the 1 st tv did not work and breakfast was cold and the juice machine was not working or the coffee. That was the second day the first day biscuit were hard and everything else was cold . Also we went to ice machine before I left and it was not working. It was a nice hotel just needs better management and maintenance.

Convenient location.

The room smelled awful. The air conditioner sounded like a freight train every time it came on. It was very dark in the bathroom making it very hard to get ready. Breakfast was a joke. No good coffee creamers just the nasty powder🤮

The room smelled like old cologne. It wasn’t clean. Found previous occupants orange shirt in the closet. The shower had a weird film. Dead bugs behind the couch.

Good price. Desk attendant was friendly and understanding. Bed was comfortable. Overall, it was a decent stay.

Sheet on pull out sofa was dirty and we killed a roach. Paint needed touching up. There isn't anywhere to park or turn around a U-Haul with a car dolly, so keep that in mind if traveling like that

We were disappointed and will not return back.

We chose this hotel because of the location and expected hot breakfast in the morning.

We have stayed at other best western and there’s always hot breakfast. It’s advertised hot breakfast but there’s none, just cold cereal and a couple of pastries. The juice dispensers were all watery, the worse complementary breakfast we have ever seen. Actually we just had our boy had some cereal. He couldn’t even get any juice because it’s all watery. The night before, when we arrived about 30 minutes later than we had planned. The man who checked us in seemed like he just woke up or half asleep. No “hello” or anything just “can I help you”. When we checked out in the morning, same man didn’t even ask “how was our stay”.
