Disappointing

it was dirty. the walls had water damage. the AC was dirty. the floors where not clean. the carpet in the hall was dirty. it smelled like Marijuana. there’s no elevator. the house keepers cart was in the hallway the entire stay. the cart itself was full of trash. the place. the outlets in the room are loose. the walls were dirty. the pillows looked disgusting. it was bad.

Most disgusting hotel I ever booked!!

Didn't like nothing at all.

We spent 2 hours after arrival trying to get a decent room, they had dirty linen, stoves didn't work, no shower curtains. Old food in the microwave and fridge. The hotel was being remodeled, so items were missing. The hotels in the area were booked and this hotel didn't have other rooms to place us in. The halls smelled wet like mildew. Unsafe and unsanitary could not stay comfortably ended stay early. Missed some of our events that were planned on Friday lost time and money.

Good

The staff was very friendly and personable at check-in. I had many options to choose from when I got hungry, which is great! For the majority of my stay it was quiet, I was able to get my work done, and I didn't have any issues.

Breakfast between 6am and 9am is advertised, but they simply set out cereal and make the waffle iron visible to guests and it's not really a breakfast being served nor offered. The hotel has an alarming amount of rooms in the small area that it's in, so for them to only have 1 small pool is pretty ridiculous to me. There are still germs and diseases going around after COVID, so there's no way I was getting in that pool. The same people stayed in the pool from sun up to sun down except the one-day it was a tornado, minutes away from the hotel. The night before I left there was a really crazy party, that clearly got out of hand, and resulted in police showing up.

The pictures in the ad are deceiving, it’s a complete renovation case, dirty and smelled like weed the whole time.

The room was not ready at checkin time. When we got a room it was so dirty I almost did not want to spend the night. The smell of weed permeated the room.

it was extremely filthy, furniture literally falling apart. fridge door was all dust. BED SHEETS WERE STAINED hand print sized, and wet over them as if someone had tried to just scrub them and cover it up ? very very disgusting, never been anywhere worse or and write a review.

the location. the girl who checked us in was polite and when I returned to say I couldn’t stay because of allergies she issued a refund.

The staff was very polite and friendly. The breakfast well, you can’t mess up cereal the juices were watered down, the waffles were horrible and the coffee taste like water.

You guys should really update your photos so customers can actually see what they’re purchasing. The box springs were disgusting( had the density to not even put a mattress cover over the stains. The covers and sheets were clean. Thank God ! The dressers were peeling the floors were cracked and they were dirty. I asked for more towels I didn’t receive them till two days later they did not come room service. My room garbage is were piling up outside. I honestly don’t understand how this hotel sustains a B average. My family and I were traveling from New Jersey and it would cost too much because it was last minute to go find another hotel that was within the area. I guess I get what I payed for. There was no phone in my room to call front and the lights and half of the room didn’t even work.

You couldn't pay me enough to stay at this facility again.

The bed and WIFI were satisfactory.

This was the dirtiest hotel and room I have ever stayed in. Also, there were people lying in the hall way who appeared to be quite scary. There were cigarette butts on the stairway leading up to the second floor where I stayed. There was no shower curtain at all in the bathroom. The checkin area reminded me of what it must be like to visit a prison facility.

Never Stay At This Hotel

Absolutely Nothing.. The pictures on this website does not look like what's on the website. It's absolutely terrible. This hotel does have fleas and hellva mold smell.. We were there for 10 mins bc I got ate up by fleas

Everything the stove was full of burnt food, spider webs, smelled like mold, the.towels were suppose to be white but the were dingy looking. The phone was missing numbers, the TV didn't work, we were there for 10 mins

The price and location was alright. The staff was helpful and friendly.

Well let's start with the beds they were not queens. The room was old with fresh paint job that looked like a child might have done it. The bathroom was super small 😔...the whole thing felt janky.
