Would not recommend this hotel

Facilities building needs cleaning, found crockroach in restroom. Towels had stains, we asked for another one, it never was brought even when we went to front desk was told laundry staff left, no apology. I guest l would be careful with picking hotel, git what l paid for. Would never go back. Bunch of crack heads around there..noisy people next door. OMG couldn't get rest on last night.

Very disappointing it looks like a hotel for the homeless..

The room was upgraded

The out side was dirty also the stairs smelled like pee…. The pool water was green and the cleaning staff spoke no English so they were not able to help us at all… The website is a little deceiving because they only show you a small view of the front of the building and the rooms….One more thing I requested to pay upon arrival however my card was charged and I was planning to pay with cash….The only reason why I didn’t request to have a refund is because I didn’t want to disappoint my grandchildren…. However my Husband and I did not stay we gave our room to our daughter who tried to make it a better experience for the children…. I would not recommend this place to anyone

I will not stay there again and will tell friends, family, and enemies to steer clear of that place!

I was on the 2nd floor and there's NO elevator!! Most of the ice machines on the 2nd floor didn't work!! I put a notice on my door for housekeeping to clean my room--they did NOT!! The pool was dirty!! Doors were propped open and anyone could have come in the were paying customers rooms were. The cleaning staff who I ran into spoke nor understood any English! The phone in my room didn't work.

wish i would have booked somehwere else.

staff was great

for a nonsmoking facility i had to move rooms 3 times because of all the smoking. ended up having to leave a day earlier than what i paid for because of the severity of it.

The fire alarm was going off in my room and I called the front desk and they told me to take out the battery because they were not able to assist me. Then the fridge started making loud noises in the middle of the night and the floors were nasty. My feet were black from walking on them. Absolutely horrible.

room was fine. housekeeping began knocking on door around 10:15am and said that checkout was at 10am. email confirmation

good location and room was ok for the price.

exterior is dated and staff didn’t seem to be too conscious of the issues they were causing guests.

Our sheets were inside out (clean???) there was a rock/asphalt in the sheets.

Jeff at the front desk was very helpful & friendly! Bed was comfortable, but I do not like the higher beds!!

Needed several repairs, corners were dirty, shower curtain rod needs replaced,it was rusty!! Walls & woodwork need repainting! Bathroom upper corners had mold! We were too tired after driving all day or would have gone somewhere else!!

front desk people was great day & night.& beds were great to sleep in& the balcony was great for me

Wish the pool was open & heated to be used & i asked for towels for me& my daughter & could have been treated better from the maids because didn't know the their rules on their service u know.
