Loved it - hope to come back again

Reception check-in: I explained that I hoped for a quiet room so I could catch up on my sleep after a very tiring and stressful week. The person directed me to a room on the ground floor at the end of the hall. It was very quiet and relaxing. I was so grateful for that extra attention and kindness. Really above and beyond!

Not having a room key card due to the Microsoft computer glitch. Which was not the hotel's fault at all! Everyone was doing their best to deal with a difficult situation.

Great place to stay in Boulder!

The room was clean & spacious. The bathroom was spacious & clean. Check in was fast & easy. Breakfast was fine.

The only coffee in the room was a pack of decaf. I went to breakfast to get coffee, the 1st day I emptied the pot. I didn’t see any worker around. The second day the pit was empty, I found the worker and she was in the kitchen eating. She said she would be there in a minute. When she came out she said it would be 10 minutes, or I could go down to the main lobby for coffee. I thought at 7:15 there would be a coffee ready & waiting. That is my only complaint.

Another fine visit.

Another nice stay. Central to Boulder proper. Convenient to Denver, RMNP, the I-70 to go west.

Staff had a bit of trouble keeping up with breakfast crowd.

We were so blessed to stay tag this hotel!

We loved the complimentary breakfast! It was really fresh and varied. The hotel room was really nice and clean. The location was easy to find and closed to the freeway. Staff were magnificent and super friendly and helpful.

The stay was great overall I would stay again if needed and recommend others as well

We thought breakfast was great. I left an item in the room and came back 3 days later and they still had it, neatly kept. I appreciate it did not just get thrown away.

Lighting in the room above the refrigerator/coffee maker area was insufficient, otherwise fine

Convenient. Clean. Quiet. Peaceful. Safe.

Breakfast was great! The breakfast room had lots of windows.. we were thinking it would have been cool to build that breakfast area on the other side of the building so you could have an awesome view of the flatirons! :)

Clean, neat, decent price, nice room. Not very close to the city center, but if you drive that's not an issue.

The staff seemed enthusiastic and pleasant, but they seemed to be irritated when I asked simple questions about where to eat or do some grocery shopping. The Interaction maybe took two minutes, but I felt like I was inconveniencing them greatly.

Wonderful staff. Modern decor.

They have invested in compostable plates, utensils, etc. Would LOVE to see compost bins and recycle bins throughout the property.

The daytime staff was excellent, especially Matt.

The nighttime guy was less than helpful. The breakfast, especially the cold fake eggs, was way below acceptable.
