nice though can be noisy on highway side

the room, bed, nice having a restaurant there. Yancy was polite, friendly, professional. Very nice meeting him. Nice right off the highway.

our room was on the highway side and the traffic noise carried through the window. the ceiling allowed the running around and hard walking of someone above us very hearable. it was after 1:00 AM when I got woken up. That wasn't good.

VERY VERY DESSAPOINTED

The ***kitchen people were more friendly than the front desk clerk.

Front desk clerk instead of greeting you with a friendly smile...it looks at you like saying what the **** you want. And then the 3rd time strike, it happen down in MD, same thing happen in NY now here in PA, they said is the Application (Booking), that makes the choice, Everytime I reserv a room thru you to Holiday Inn they give me a HandyCup room is the most embarrising thing that can happen. The bathroom thats not have a bath tub and the bed is horrible. In MD I confronted the front desk clerk and complain to him about the room his answer was thats what the App reserv and you get what you paid for. NY a month later same situation I complaint she gave me a bit of hard time..using tbe same thing about the App reservation but she change and gave me another room **With BED BUGS*** Now here PA terrible front desk clerk Wednesday from the Adam Family show look more friendly than this lady. I received the same accomodation, I return to the front desk a complain!!!! Same answer thats what the App reserved so you tell me ""Whom is lying"" is to many coinciding with the reservation, they have tell me that you are the one that request the HANDYCUP ROOM. Im really thinking to swith to another App that never give me so much problem. I hope you answer me back because depending on this I will take a determination.

Nice for an extended stay. A bit of overkill for just needing a bed and shower for the night.

I liked having tables and chairs that could be moved around for convenience. The bathroom was very nice as well. Lots of room to put things away. Beds and pillows were very nice.

Paying for breakfast, a flat rate that was unreasonable for those who don't eat much in the morning. Luckily there were choices of foods.

The staff at the Reception desk was very pleasant and helpful.

Phone call during the evening asking us about guitar music, which we had no knowledge about.

This was my first stay at this hotel and was very pleased with the service and accomadations.

The onsite restaurant was very convenient and the bar was an added extra bonus.

My designated room was very far from the elevator. Seems I always get the rooms at the end of the hall.

Beautiful and comfortable hotel. Would not use the restaurant again.

Restaurant was inadequate. Buffet was not open. Limited selection of food to order. Small portions, items ordered were not provided. We had ask multiple times for 3 items we ordered which were omitted. Would not recommend.

it was a good weekend

location was great. clean for the most part. the shower had hair but I clean it. bed was very comfortable. hot shower. quiet and relaxing. nice pool but need some tendering loving care.

the desk clerk said I’m waiting on a customer like I’m not a customer!! poor taste in words. my tv didn’t work.

Utter disgrace

The General Manager replied to my complaint promptly.

The front desk agent was exceptionally rude, argumentative and inefficient. I was treated with contempt because I had the audacity to ask her to check me in, and was told that I could feel free NOT to stay there again. In the room, I could hear foot traffic all the time and people talking in the lobby late into the night and then again from about 6am, plus the highway is right next door so there's constant car and truck noise too. The rooms are basic and dated. The key card reader for the door nearest my room was broken so I had to walk around the building if I wanted to get back inside. Overall, a really terrible experience which could not be compensated by a dinner voucher unfortunately.

I paid for a Room for 3 Adults and 1 Child. I paid a Higher Rate to have Breakfast Included. then when I checked in they said Breakfast was not not for Two. very bad practice and poor customer service idea. I Paid $ 4.99 for my Wife to have a Cappuccino. it was Half a Mug and Lousy besides. She Poured most of it down the Drain. also had to pay extra for her Meal. The Food was very Good. BUT

Breakfast is great. Typical American style. However, one of my friends does not eat eggs. So it would be great if there will be some breakfast combo without eggs.

The sound of the traffic may be too noisy. It would be great if the window can exclude the noise better.

Not for a family to get a quiet night sleep. Less than desirable location.

the facility was less than clean. the pool area was filled with used towels and dirt. The place smelled of poop. They were short staffed so one woman was taking breakfast orders which they were out of some options and checking people out. the hotel is right next to a highway. it was noisy. loud music was playing until early morning hours in a room as well. as a single mom this was not ideal for my son and I.
