Did what it was supposed to do, no problems

Staff was friendly, place was clean, affordable, and conveniently located

Room was close to the road and there was a lot of semi traffic noise through the night

Not enough variety

Ice all over the steps in front if our door made it dangerous walking. Bathrooms are outdated

the hotel itself camcelled my room and told me it was never charged to my account and that I needed to work with booking company for reimbursement. I have sent two emails to try and connect with booking agency and no return call.

Exceptional

Internal entrance, great window views, a river on property, covered outdoor table, short drives to trails. Gorham is a nice mountain town, Walmart Supercenter nearby....washing machine for guests,

Some rooms are too small.

Was absolutely awful I wouldn’t take a free stay here

That I was able to stay one night at another hotel The time I wasn’t at the hotel

For starters, the room looked like it hadn’t been cleaned, smelled terrible spent an hour cleaning the room when we first arrived, stained sheets, mysterious stains on bathroom wall, and the worst part…the hospitality at this place, was AWFUL, i rarely complain, but the way I was treated couldn’t have been worse I can’t believe this place is in business.

Front desk - south asian person is not customer friendly. He is always staring at you when you are taking breakfast to make sure you are not taking more. customer service is really bad.

Ok but no privacy

I stayed here before, it's simple and quiet, the rooms are clean

The cleaner came into my room which I didn't like and didn't ask for. There are breakfast items in the lobby but the guy watches you take them and it made me uncomfortable as if I'm stealing, I didn't go back the next day.

It was about what I expected and overall was pleased with the experience.

Clean, very nice check in.

The bed was quite stiff, and the pillows very hard. Street noise was moderate, but would ask for back of Inn next time.

A place to rest your head, if you can't afford anything else.

The location was convenient to where I was traveling.

It is the cheapest motel in the town, but is still overpriced for the facility. Very outdated. The room smelled heavily of smoke and the parking was crazy. People talking outside my window all night kept me up. Also, I wouldn't have taken a shower there, even with my shoes on.

Best Motor Inn Ever!

Everything! From the updated rooms and beautiful flooring in the bathroom and comfortable bed to the fresh linens and clean room every time I came back to our room in the evening after spending the day out hiking. We will Definitely stay here again and again.

Great classic one-story motel with plenty of parking

The Inn's owners have made a substantial effort to upgrade this classic one story motel. It looks attractive, the bathroom was clean as could be with new faucets, sinks and toilets. The towels were new and good. The bed was quite comfortable and well equipped with both a blanket and a quilt on top the sheets were a solid weight. The electronic door locks are the new touch style, and worked well. TV, fridge & micro all good. This is one of the better classic motels, well taken care of. I'd return.

Some wall paint needs work, but that's minor in my mind.

Place is gross! Do not recommend!!

Situated close to Mt. Washington.

I was awoken at 1am by a tickle on my hand. Upon further inspection it was a beg bug which I killed and left of the table so I could show management. Manager tried to argue with me that it was a tick. It was definitely not a tick, it was a bed bug. So after a 6 hour drive to Mt Washinton and a long day of hiking I could not even get some much needed rest. Also, the coffee maker had used coffee filters in it.
