Fake room pics. Was promised a deluxe room. The actual room was a totally different, downgraded version.
8.0 / 10.0
The hotel is located a bit far away from the main roads and is very quiet at night.
The air circulation was a bit off my expectation, and the air occasionally felt stagnant.

The staff was super nice and everything was spotless.

the breakfast, location and the ambiance!
The A/C or heaters didn’t work probably, and the rooms could have more efficient planning

Breakfast available at the main hall it was a plus we did not need to drive into town everyday for breakfast. Even tho the Location was only two minutes from downtown.
The snow was really coming down and they did a great job keeping the road and walkways as clear as possible. All staff where very kind. It was convenient having the snow school on property.

the location was good , close to Tahoe city and some nice surroundings
The cleaning of the room was not each day, the general decor was a little tired and out dated. The beds and bed linen was mismatched and not good quality / uncomfortable.
During the day the facilities for food and drink were limited.

This property is fantastic. Our apartment lodge was private with a beautiful view of the forest and snow. The property is very quiet and peaceful! They have. a year round heated pool and jacuzzi and sauna, and their sled and ski hills are actually pretty big. The staff was very friendly and accommodating to all our requests. We will definately be back!

The room was excellent and had everything needed!
The 1st night there was constant noise till 3am with someone above moving furniture around and sounding like the room was being renovated. The staff were very helpful and moved us to another room. Sadly though the people next door had the tv on full volume till the early hrs and so had terrible sleep again. This is sold as a zen and tranquil place but our experience was the total opposite. If you only need a few hrs sleep from 2am and don’t mind constant noise then a great place to stay. If not def avoid!

The room was secluded with views to the forest, and a private balcony. Was really private as you couldn’t even see other buildings from the room. even though we didn’t use it, it was fun that the hotel had a tree-top adventure park. The room was spacious and up to date, with a smart Tv. really close to Tahoe City, and yet secluded in the woods.

The resort is in a really beautiful area
The first room we were given was unbearably hot. there was no AC. i tried to open the the blinds but they were broken and old. I contacted the staff and they agreed to switch me but asked me to stay by the room phone while they looked for. a room. We waited 30 mins and no call so we decided to drive to the front desk. The staff seem to have forgotten about us. They were also rude. I was really disappointed in how they handled the situation, unprofessional. The rooms are really loud, you can hear the front door slamming so anytime people are coming or going the door slams.
