Adequate, comfy place to stay with a good breakfast and relatively helpful staff.

Bed was comfy, room was spacious (king bedroom came with a large-ish bathroom and a sitting room). The breakfast was ample and the atmosphere in the dining room was festive. The hallways had prints that were very interesting and varied.

The hallway carpeting needs replacement. We observed the carpets on two floors as we changed to a King room on another floor. There are large white spots on it where someone probably used bleach to spotclean it. There is probably a staff shortage because the housekeepers never made it to our room despite being asked and putting out the hang card asking for service and asking the desk to request them to make up our room every day.

Larkspur is becoming our go to for bookings. I wish there was a points or reward program for frequent bookers

I liked the fact it had a kitchenette in the room. They provided one pot and one pan. Do be aware they give you one of each silverware so you’re stuck washing the same ones over and over. There is an old musty smell and there is construction going on next door.

The breakfast was mediocre at best. You’re charged for parking your car at the facilities and they aren’t responsible for your car getting broken into. What’s the point of paying if it’s a free for all? I kept finding others hairs in my towels and pillow. Had to request a different set of towels. There was little hairs everywhere.

Passable for 1-2 nights. Couldn't imagine staying longer. Bad breakfast.

1) The room was spacious and well-equipped even if the appliances themselves were somewhat old. 2) It is quite close to the airport and there is a bus stop nearby. 3) Washing machine and dryer were free (although you have to bring or buy your own soap). 4) Staff was, generally speaking, helpful even though they were constrained by the limitations of the hotel.

This hotel is clearly a shell of its former self and it shows. Here are some of the main issues: 1)The breakfast is a joke and served with paper plates and plastic forks. Bagels, eggs, ham, (bad) apples and a few drinks, that's about it. Do not expect variety. 2) In my room, I found the usual "Please clean room" sign and hanged in my door. Was disappointed to return later and see that the room was not cleaned nor the towels exchanged. When I contacted staff, I was told that they do not exchange towels and clean the room for short stays. I wish I had been told this when I checked in. That said, they offered me a clean set of towels. 3) The appliances in the room are old. The fridge, in particular, was quite noisy and had a strange smell. 4) Low water pressure in the shower. 5) There were forks, knifes and plates in the room. I phoned the staff and asked if I could expect them to be clean. Was told that I should clean them "just in case". 6) There is no shuttle to the airport even though the phone in the room still has a "Shuttle" button.

Great place to chill with doggie and get off the beaten path!

Well appointed room with kitchen and work desk. Temperature even and consistent. Relative open area to walk doggie down sidewalks and through building complexes. Close to San Francisco and freeway access.

Limited food and drinks on premise. No bar or alcoholic drinks. Not an easy walk to restaurants, convenience stores or bars. Also, odd narrow curtained shower.

perfect hotel for airport connections

close to airport without being in flight path. able to pay for parking and leave the car for two weeks. Booking.com gave us a suite upgrade for a reasonable price. breakfast was good.

miss the simplicity of fly and drive with a shuttle service. Lyft and Uber was expensive than a taxi

Been there done that not going back

I would never stay here the pictures don’t really depict what it is really like.

I didn’t like that it smelled like steel cigarettes, I personally didn’t feel like it was extremely clean they skipped a lot of minor details there were blood stains on my white sheets, there were sticky substance all over the kitchen wall near the refrigerator, the glasses in the cabinet were not clean, the particular room that I stayed in the door is so jammed that you had to literally force it open. The toilet in the restroom ran all day and the bottom it leaked when you flush the toilet.

A very comfortable stay.

location was great. near the airport and away from the bums of San Francisco. No homesless anywhere! there was a guard there near the entrance. we arrived after midnight. I couldn’t tell if he was also supposed to be protecting our cars because he pretty much sat by the entrance and was checking his phone most of the time. check in was seamless.

This comment is not about the property but about booking.com. although I was able to filter the properties based on pet friendliness there was no disclosure regarding the pet cost on booking.com. traveling for the time with a dog I found the $75 charge excessive. I was told that if I booked directly on the hotel’s website that charge would have been disclosed. I will do that next time. maybe i should be asking about a discount based on the dog weight. Our 11lb terrier suddenly seemed like a very expensive pet to drag around. The breakfast was just ok. Waffles would have been nice. Not much space to eat downstairs but the room had plenty of space to eat there for two.

Great hotel for a stay near SFO

The room was so big! We loved it. We had to book this 4 hours before our stay as our flight was arriving later than expected. We were very sorry that our stay was so short, as the room we had was better than expected.

My room had a closet that was not in place.
