Great friendly staff, clean room and a wonderful location to all our favorite shopping stores

Room was neat and clean. Well lit parking lot and breakfast was doable for a "quick start." Will definitely stay here again!

Our room was located as far from the elevator as possible on the upper level. Maybe we should have specified the room be nearer to elevator or on lower floor.

Wonderful hotel, modern decor and extreme clean.

Friendly staff, extreme clean, stylish decor, dedicated to covid controls, many amenities and location to restuarants and interstate. We would strongly recommend, good value.

Disappointing

The maids didn't change the sheets. They allowed pot to be smoked in the building. The 3rd floor had huge holes in the floor. It was like walk carefully or fall through.

Good Clean place

Pet friendly ,clean area, free breakfast and friendly staff.

Back door slamming , needs controlled closing. If youre on the 1st floor you can hear foot steps on the next level.

Place was nice but I wouldn't stay there again.

Clean, great appearance, great parking, excellent facilities, everything in the room worked, maid service was EXCELLENT !!!!

Breakfast was DISAPPOINTING and kid running up and down the halls yelling and screaming, cheap toilet paper.

Great for my daughter and I to stay at for her soccer tournament.

Helpful staff. Good breakfast. Very clean.

The wifi was difficult to connect to. The elevator we would take on the last day had an orange cone but we couldn't call the other one.

Easy and pleasant but far too expensive.

Location was good; staff was friendly and efficient; common areas fine - issues with hallway floor, but they seemed to be getting addressed. Room much nicer than expected. The beds were OUTSTANDING. We all want to know who makes them and how to get one!!! very nice stay, even if only one night.

The only small negative was some mildew staining in the shower grout. The room rate was unreasonable, which will make me avoid Booking.com and probably Best Western in the future.

Perfect location and very comfortable stay.

Breakfast was different every day. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Located 5 minutes away from everything.

Very good

Was pleasantly surprised when we got to our room. It was clean and the beds were so comfortable. Bathroom was big and with enough counter space to put our toiletries. Breakfast was good too! Overall, I would recommend this hotel and wouldn't hesitate to book this hotel again when visiting the area.
