it was near the family we were there to visit
I understand there was a hurricane about 8 months ago, but my room was never cleaned. They changed out towels twice in 4 4 days (some, not all). After bathing, walking on the floor had our feet black. We called prior to booking and we’re told the pool was open, it was not and the check in clerk was MOST unhelpful. Fighting couple at early am hours (3rd night, FINALLY, police were called. And lastly, upon check out, they didn’t care about our stay enough to even say sorry.

The entire first floor was closed for repairs. The pool was closed repairs. They wouldn't let me check in even though my reservation was prepaid on American Express platinum. He said that booking.com hadn't paid them and he kept me waiting 30 minutes while he called them to get paid. They didn't pay him immediately so he wouldn't let me check in booking.com said they'd call me and never did. I had to go find a hotel. I'm done
Everything thing, unprofessional dot head dump. Meth heads in lobby.

Good location. Accessible to Fort Myers and Punta Gorda.
Not clean. Room smelled like antiseptic. Should not have been open, but serves workers in area post Ian.

This hotel is in shambles, literally. Its falling apart, gross neglect. I pulled up and immediately went in to cancel. In a shady location with homeless people and abandoned buildings around it. And the price they wete asking was ridiculous!!

The facility was filthy. The grounds were covered in trash and cigarette butts. Our room was disgusting. A painted desk with scratches all over it, a foot mark on the door, grime on the floor, in the corners, around the toilet. The door knob to the bathroom door is broken, extension cords used and filled with plugs. A roller mark on the whitish ceiling matching the green walls. We had to use trendies strength to unlock our dead bolt. If there was a fire in that room, we would have never gotten out in time. Disgusting! Will never stay at Travelodge again!!!

Absolutely nothing!!! It is a danger to all occupants
Mold still hasn't been demoed on all downstairs rooms. Horrible Horrible Horrible. I want my money back
Absolutely everything unsafe unsafe unsafe

Not much
The whole facility needs refurbishing. Rooms were disgusting. Door keypad didn't work half the time. At $95/night, it certainly is not worth it. You should be ashamed of this place! I will never stop at a Travel Lodge again. This eval is besides the hurricane.

Nothing
Charged my credit card $100 for a deposit without informing me. Charged me a $35 pet fee when the website stated is was only $25.00. Room was a dump

the attendant behind the counter was very courteous he accommodated me as being handicap to give me a first floor room. I appreciated this very much as it was last minute and he let me know it was done. That being said the room was awful and plugs for my iPhone didn’t fit into “any” plug without falling out. On top of this I had to listen to furniture being moved up above me for the two hours I actually stayed. had a person try to get in my room and shake the handle to the room. I didn’t try the shower but did use the commode which rocked back and forth. I left 2 1/2 hours after checking in and I booked for two days. I asked them for a refund to do only one day and my request wasn’t responded to. I did it thru the website I booked thru and they said the property has not responded. Ok learning experience don’t book for rates. book for your comfort. as far as two days for 198.00 with 100.00 deposit I say stay somewhere else. do yourself a favor. This is just my opinion of course. I would not stay here again.

Not much the fact my car was still there int he morning was exciting
Pool was semi greenish, Pictures on WEBSITE ARE NOT Some Hotel. Seemed old and run down outside . Also, seemed to be more of a short term home for homeless than actual hotel for leisure or business
0.5
Nothing
1. Safety concerns
2. Run-down furniture, beddings, bathroom, paint. It is evident there is no upkeep of room maintenance
3. No closet space
4. The smell of marijuana reeked from other rooms.

The night host Terry was amazing and the staff asked if i needed anything when they saw me
The managers are a little short tempered one asked me to take my service dog outside while he helped me if you are scared of dogs I could understand but everyone here knows my service dog personally so it just upset me

Loud music, didn't look like a save area to be with family. Saw a guest opening her door sticking a card through the edge of the door. We explain at the front office and they will refund me as he said in 6 days let see if they do.
