Quaint, clean, quiet and close to everything.
Bathroom sink very slow to drain after using.

No breakfast was available. Very convenient location.
They had problems with room cleaning staff not showing up for 2 days. In the end, the assistant manager cleaned my room.

Cute little place to stay, staff very nice and friendly. I love the location, close to st. Marys which is where my husband is..close to other things...well lit at night.
No bath tub plug, water came out kinda brown...room is full of dust...other then that...everything was GOOD!

The location is great. It's close to Mayo, restaurants and shopping. Inexpensive place to stay if you have to visit Mayo. The gentleman at the front desk is very nice and understanding. Gave us a great recommendation it was amazing.
The pillows were small and uncomfortable. Some nicer, bigger pillows would be great or bring your own. The parking lot is small and a little rough. Maybe a good resurface on the parking lot to even some areas out.

The room was an extremely fair price for what it was, basically clean, it's a very basic room with too much furniture in it.
No continental breakfast, no coffee pot in the room, no ice machine working, the heater didn't work properly ran all the time unless unplugged, too much rust in the tub. Too much furniture in the room, too many extension cords running things TV very difficult to figure out, figuring out how to use the complicated lighting system, didn't really care for the closet and wardrobe system to get to the light you had to shimmy your arm past the armoire, could have used a few less dark hairs in the bathtub and in the bed, pillows, sheets.

it was close to hospitals, restaurants and shopping. Convenient parking.

The ramp and the step up into the room was to high.

Step and ramp too steep. Tub was chipped. Towels were never replaced

The helper was very cordial and helpful. And, he wanted to help, which I like. It was located next to a good restaurant. It is what I expected and it was fine!!!

We always search for inexpensive places because we’re frugal! We just want a bed and a shower. I can’t see paying for a luxury hotel when most the time you’ll be sleeping! So Rochester Inn fit the bill. It’s basic, no frills. Beds are comfortable, four pillows. Temperature was good. Road noise was expected and was blocked by turning the fan on. Staff was very cordial. Bathtub needed upgrading. Totally agree with previous comment that this is a 1950 place on the outside and updated on the inside. The cosmetic stuff isn’t relevant to us. We’ll be back.
The tub was usable but couldn’t soak because it had no working drain plug, minor point.

Very friendly staff
Although nice and comfortable the floor was dirty, dusty, bottle caps from previous person.

Not handicap accessible. Had a big step into the room so using a scooter to get in was impossible.

The key card malfunctioned twice
