The front desk staff
I was in my room, obviously the door was locked, DO NOT DISTURB card on the door, and, thank goodness, it was also bolted. Someone knocked very softly, didn't announce who they were. I was in bed, so couldn't get up in time to answer or look out the peep hole, but just as I approached the door, it suddenly opened!!! In an instant, I slammed it closed. It had to be an employee with a key, so why didn't they announce themselves?!

The pillows and mattress was very comfortable. Really liked the breakfast and facilities for breakfast. Nothing else about the hotel.
We asked for two queens and got a king. The only chairs in the room were a desk chair (not comfortable) and a slipper chair with no arms and not comfortable to watch TV or read. Bathroom was not adequate at all. We are not handicapped and they gave us a handicapped room.

The staff was nice and it smelled clean.
The rail at the swimming pool was loose. Almost broken. Could have been fixed.

Great location. Close to tons of restaurants and shopping. Easily accessible from the highway.
They ran out of eggs and coffee about an hour before the breakfast time ended. Our ice machine was broken, so I had to go to another floor to get ice. The door to our room only opened if you lifted up on the handle which caused us to think there was something wrong with our key cards all day. The water suddenly turned ice cold halfway through my shower and didn't start to warm back up again until I was finished

the hotel was in a very central location. The hotel was clean as well. but i dont believe it was worth the 200 plus i had to pay.
The gentelman who checked me in was extremly rude, & tried to charge me extra for a hold on my card, when i called to see what the insidential fee was & was told $10 he tried to charge me $50 then when i told himi called, he said "oh well i guess i'll charge you that" there was also a sign posted that had the $10 fee so i dont understand why he was trying to charge me more.

wasn’t much I liked.
The housekeeper kept knocking on the door and coming in our room when we were trying to sleep at night. Way before checkout she kept knocking on the door and coming in the room trying to take our bedsheets early. The room wasn’t as nice as the pictures. Same room as pictures but more run down looking in person. The card machine at the hotel didn’t work for the incidental fee they charged me when I arrived. There was hair in the bed, holes in the walls, mold on the ceiling, and there was a spray bottle left from housekeeping in the bathroom. Someone called our room in the middle of the night. (we didn’t know anyone else there). The hotel room was overpriced for what we went through and I want my money back.

This is the nicest staff I have ever experienced at a hotel. From the desk to the lady in charge of the breakfast, I really enjoyed myself.
The key was giving us problems.

Everyone at the hotel was very nice and that means a lot. The rooms were nice, the breakfast was delicious. I would highly recommend

I enjoyed the pancakes and eggs. The selection was great and varied. The attendent was very friendly and willing to help. It was even better the second day. The dining area was very clean with plenty of seating.
I am diabetic and some sugar free jelly and syrup would have been great. That is my only issue; the rooms were great but missing hand towels.

Breakfast was better than other chains.
. I booked 2 King rooms and prepaid. We only got 1 King Room and 1 queen room. The hotel staff explained we were lucky to get our rooms at all. The hotel staff told me if they
booked these 2 rooms before we checked in, we would not get any rooms at all and would have to ask Booking.com for a refund. I am now reluctant to use Booking.com. We could have had to sleep in the car if no rooms were available. This is unacceptable! Very disappointed!

When we got home, we realized my son had left his blanket there. I called, and the very sweet lady at the front desk went and personally checked. They found his blanket and shipped it back to us. Thank you for going above and beyond to send a boy his beloved blanket back to him!

Staff and location were good
Noise from the air vent in bathroom and the torn curtain in the room window.
