Comfortable with kind staff

This hotel is always spotless. I see them mopping the lobby daily and the rooms are always clean. They also pick up in the dog relief areas that are on 3 sides of the hotel. The bed was comfortable with several pillows. For laundry, you buy tokens at the desk for $1.50 each for washer and dryer. Nice. Dogs are $20 a night.

The room I got this time had a weird odor. The spa was closed. Dog fee is a bit steep.

So, so, and would not stay there again.

Shower was really good! Price was reasonable for what we got. Near stores and a variety of restaurants.

Breakfast was disappointing. Room was very small. HVAC was loud and blows right on bed. Room was right on major.roadway, so we could hear traffic at all times of the day.

might just leave early next time and not stay over

it was where we needed it for the purpose of our trip.. it was right around the corner room was decent

our original room was somehow locked from the inside so after a 12 hour day at work then a 5 hour drive up we checked in and when we found out the room was locked from the inside, instead of just giving us a new room we sat in the hallway for another hour for someone else to come who after explaining everything again gave us a new room.. needless to say that made us miss any chance of a decent dinner so we ate nasty fast food fell asleep and left 7 hours later to our event.. so no I’d say 120 bucks to stand in a hallway then sleep for 5-7 hours wasn’t really worth it… not anyone’s fault about the room just should have immediately gave us a different room so we could have grabbed a decent bite and actually watched some tv or something

Staff was very friendly, bed and pillows were super comfortable. Due to my kids in sports, I will book again soon.

Friday night when I check in for when I checked in 1st thing I did was take a shower and the water was Luke warm what and even really hot at all. The next morning I did the same thing and still I let it run for 15 minutes and still didn't get hot enough I reported it to the front desk and they had maintenance look at it but I like taking taking a very hot shower a shower the water still wasn't hot enough so that's the only thing that I didn't like.
