Good comfortable stay

The location was very centrally located. The room was clean and comfortable. Bed was not too soft or hard. The restaurant was very good.

Later check out would have been appreciated and wish the pool was open.

I will come back.

It feels like new, have a gim, and it was very clean, the bar is not bad at all.

If I have to say something bad it will be the light in the room, it is a little dark if you don't turn on all the lamps, one by one.

Nicely updated place & near amenities.

That I booked for the wrong night initially so didn't get a king bed but that's on me. Still was accommodated with 2 queens. Phew

Functional touches

Permanent shelves to place 2 open suitcases. Large area around sink for personal items. Large fridge and microwave. Clothes steamer a nice touch but didnt use it.

Bathroom door opens into toilet (tight). Should open out or be a pocket door. But shower a reasonable size.

nice stay - would probably do it again

location was nice and calm rooms were quiet nice staff comfortable bed laundry for guests (accessible only bye key card so nobody from outside can steal ur socks :)))

Tried a new property, was not disappointed

Close parking, easy access to room, room was very close to pool (biggest perk!) Room was clean, well decorated, shower was nice. Loved the blackout curtain, and the small couch with table. Bed was comfy, ac worked really well. Lots of space in the dresser drawers, and the hanging rack was sturdy and easily accessible. Fridge and microwave were also clean. The light around the large mirror was really handy

Only dislike was the main entry/exit to the parking lot (where it exits onto Virginia Street was hectic and tricky to maneuver. Mainly used the side entrance to parking lot)

Needs trained staff to treat public nicer and smile.

Room decoration and location.

The Staff was awful. They were all in a bad mood. They shouldn´t be at the front desk; they aren´t trained to work with people. The coffee in the lobby was hot water with a "splash" of coffee and NO water to drink.

All in all, great experience

Location was perfect. Room was so great, set up so well, comfortable and quiet and very clean.

Check out was 11, but at 9:25 I got a knock on door from housekeeping even thought I had the Do not disturb in my door. Told them I am still here. Got another kick on my door at 10, different housekeeping person, told him I was still there. Suggestion: do not pester people to check out unless it’s past check out time! I was trying g to relax before a medical procedure.

Fine enough, thin walls made it impossible to sleep

The room was fine, but the walls were thin. I could hear the neighbor's tv and conversation like it was in my own room and another neighbor had a dog that whined all night. The front desk was polite when I asked to be moved, but the hotel was full that night. Also the bathroom hadn't been cleaned.
