Clean, convenient

Ice machine was broken so we had to leave to buy ice. Not sure if the thermostat on the heater worked. We had to manually shut it off.

Bad

First room smelled of urine and the bed sheets had stains and long black hairs on them. We were taken to another room that was supposed to be non smoking but reeked of cigarettes when we walked in. Bed sheets still had some stains but not as bad as prior room.

Pleasant

Easy access to lobby and room. Handicap access was good. Location was easily accessible and near this small town main drag.

Room amenities, plumbing fixtures, were in some disrepair and needed attention. Bed was extremely firm. Linens were on lower end quality. Carpet appeared clean but paint was due for an update. Appeared to be a leak in ceiling. All reported to management at checkout. Apologetic but some things were obvious, hot on right cold left in lavatory sink... "bad plumber".

Comfortable and welcoming

Owner was very welcoming for us arriving at almost 2 in the morning. My son loved the waffle maker. Very quiet and beds were comfy

It was close to the interstate and restaurants.

We didn't have cleaning service requested on our door and they came in. They also did shut the door all the way a few times. Lastly, we have to get our key card updated daily for our door to be unlocked.

No heat on a cold night and a noisy neighbor at 1 AM as a bonus.

No heat in our room #222. Fifty degrees in room most of night. We pulled blankets off second bed in room and layered onto our bed.

Good

Adequate, clean, no frills accommodations for one night. Came from out of town before game on Saturday. Bed was comfy, room was good size. Close to interstate and plenty of restaurants around.

I would stay there again.

Our stay was nice. The facility was very clean and maintained. In my opinion the coffee was excellent, but the breakfast was not what I expected for the $12 that was included in with the price of the room. Most days it was cold cereal, milk, toast, butter and jelly; coffee, bananas and fruit juice. One day there was bagels and citrus fruit added.

Extremely disappointing!!!

staff was great, very nice

I called to make sure the pool, specifically, was open. Traveling with 3 young children and wanted to wear them out after an 8 hour drive. Arrive asked what time it closed, conveniently…health department closed it down, the day before our arrival. Then was told, “these things happen”

The front desk staff was excellent

The room smelled of mildew. There was a stain on the bedsheets. The room was tolerable for a stopover if your bar is low, but for the price, it was very disappointing.

When I arrived after I already paid for the room the owner of the hotel wasn’t very pleasant. And very rude. The price is ok. You might as well stay in the hotel across the street. You might get better customer service.
