Excelent location, decoration is amazing, very much college vibe. Excellent choice if you go to Ann Arbor for U-Mich tour.
I think they can improve the cleaning

An amazing bed it was delightful. I loved the soap in the bathroom. A fantastic location. Kind staff.
The instant coffee in the room was not perfect.

Fantastic location, lovely staff, the lobby is like a huge informal lounge with a long table you can hang out at, get coffee work or hang out. Had an executive king which was really nice. The extra room for a couple of wingback chairs and a table made it feel like a mini lounge. Great view from 11th floor.
Lunch menu wasn’t great for vegetarians but there’s so many places in town 5 minutes walk it doesn’t matter. The bar and restaurant are really cosy.

Shady staff. Lied about availability then charged me full price for a stay I couldn't make. Beware.

Location and furnishings were really nice. The lounge was also nicely furnished with classic smoke room chairs and lighting.
No coffee or tea or water readily available

We didn't eat breakfast. We just got coffee at the stand on the main floor. We ate dinner the night before and we each had a drink. The staff at the hotel was exceptional. The bartender, wait staff, front desk, valet, etc., exceeded our expectations. They made us feel like family! They weren't rushed to move people along, they struck up conversation and we're engaged in their service. Unlike other hotels, the Graduate has an ambiance reminiscent of the 1940's. When people truly took the time to engage with each other with wonderful hospitality. We've also stayed at the Graduate in East Lansing. Our daughter was interviewing at Concordia for graduate school. Ann Arbor will always have a place in our hearts as a beacon of greatness and beauty.
The bathroom could have been bigger. I was hoping for a heat lamp or fan to make it warm and toasty. I didn't care for the strange, western bar room, swing doors for the bath. It didn't offer any privacy. I forgot to ask if you had handicapped rooms, as we brought my 86 year old mother along and she had difficulty in the shower without a place to sit and get dressed in private.

Great location for campus visiting, nice staffs, and safe around the campus. The interior is cute too.

Excellent staff, great decor
Dark paint in rooms made them very dark, need more lighting

I had to wait 45 minutes for the valet to get my car when the text said 15 minutes. We were late dropping my daughter off at her dance clinic on campus. It was 8:05 when I sent the text and it was very busy with families going to orientation etc. there was only one valet on duty. There should be two during a busy morning. Sorry this was meant under what I didn’t like.

Breakfast was fine, location is perfect. Having a restaurant is an added bonus.
My room temp was 64 when I arrived and so had to turn off the AC (noisy anyway) and leave it off. By the time I left two days later it was 69 which was tolerable. Also the bed was so padded that it created a mound and so had to sleep in the middle of the bed.

Everything except there is no tissue in the room only in the bathroom. There is no food room service.

The location was great for visiting University of Michigan. I liked that there was a refrigerator in the room.
The room and bathroom were was very dark. The room was small and cramped. The bathroom was tiny there was barely room to turn around.

We have stayed the Graduate in different location as always, this hotel is well-maintained. It’s very clean in the room and the common area. The stuff are friendly and efficient. The location is good. Walkable distance to university of Michigan.
The only problem of our stay was the room just next to elevator and I could hear it was running till late night. So I didn’t sleep well. Hopefully I could get a better room in my next stay :)

The lobby was warm and inviting, the restaurant and coffee bar were a good value with quality items. The rooms were smartly decorated with attention to details. All staff was very friendly and accommodating.
The bed was pretty firm for my liking. The bathrooms were also pretty small; had I been traveling with someone, we would have been tripping over each other to squeeze in there. The parking situation was also unsavory. The valet lot did not accommodate pick up trucks so we had to park a couple blocks away in a parking garage each time we left the hotel.

Best location near state street, MDen, all the best restaurants and has bar and gym with a peloton
they charged my credit card incorrectly and we immediately noticed and we asked them to adjust and it’s been 2 weeks and they have still not gotten the charges correct. also the rooms don’t have drawers but cabinets that are very hard to open. the bathroom doors are 2 swing doors that don’t close all the way and there is no fan to cool the bathroom from steam then the room gets so hot you have to open a window

great
the heating was on … tooo hot

The service was very slow. basic things such as slippers and a robe were not offered. most staff members had an attitude.
