I couldn't walk in the place. Renovations being done, not handicap accessible. Was having knee replacement surgery, on walker. Requested refund from hotel and Hotels.com with no luck.

Same as above, couldn't walk in there handicapped with construction mess. No refund issued, had to stay somewhere else.

Enjoyed having a full breakfast offered. The room was a little cold at first, but heat worked much better the second night of our stay.

Someone used the bathroom and had urine all over the toilet and floor and room smelled of smoke

The rooms in the atrium were very nice. Even though the two room on the outside were very nice. The breakfast was great.
I thought I booked all three of our rooms in the atrium, but two were not. They were not able to change them because they were prepaid with booking.com

Staff was very rude when making complaints about issues within the room or atrium area. When ask for the air to be turned up due to the conference room being so cold, the staff gave attitude. They do not clean your room change trash or towels unless you request during your stay. My toilet stopped working on the second day of my stay. Was told I couldn’t receive an extra sheet they aren’t allowed to give those out. Also they charge for any one over the age of 12 per day. Which I have never heard of in the many hotels I have stayed in through out the country. Just an overall horrible stay.

The property is being renovated but even with that, it was well kept.
A few areas that were kind dark. There should be cameras in the stair wells that are dark for safety reasons. Ex three stars by room 225

I enjoyed complimentary breakfast. I liked the hotel room and available parking. I liked the work of the hotel staff to ensure my stay was great.

First off no hot tub I wasn't told at check in that u needed a ban to get in the pool never heard of such a thing, rude people

Vending machines out of order. Room had a funny smell. Bathroom was small. Air conditioner barely worked.

Beds were comfortable & TV worked well. Very good breakfast, it made our day.
Out dated bathroom. Shower was poor at best. The drain did not drain. You had to stand in six inches of water to take a shower.

facilities are dated. walkways are in dire need of repair. they are remodeling, however, the building is very old. this hotel is over 40 years old. I’ve stayed here over the past years. it needs rebuilding, not remodel. 😣

the staff was top rate. The person that checked me in was incredibly inviting and accommodating. The individual that monitored the pool area for wristbands did a fantastic job of being sure that the rules were being followed and unforced. and lastly, the 2 people that served the breakfast to our wild and crazy crew at 7AM were amazing and made waking up early to go to the ballpark so much more pleasant. Those individuals made our stay much better than expected for a hot and rainy weekend.
The property/building could use a little TLC.

Breakfast was ok but could have been better, very small selection. Room was clean but the last night at the property the fire system began to leak and I woke up to a flooded bathroom. Poor lighting in room. Very dim due to the number of light sources.

My bed had a big swank in it. My daughter, grand daughter and myself was bitten by something. One side of my face from sleeping on the pillow had 4 nice size bumps that were red and itchy. My grand daughter back and side had them as well. While my daughter had red knots all over her feet. The first stay at the property was on the front side of the property and the beds were awesome. It was clean and the parking was well lit. This stay was in the back parking was in a dark area and a lot of traffic.

When I arrived I was told that the room I reserved was unavailable 🥺 but I was told that my room was upgraded to a suite for the same price 🤩 I really appreciated that!
Sorry, but I dislike the water pressure in the shower. Wish it was a little stronger. It was also very humid in the breakfast area.

Air conditioner was falling out the wall. Ceiling stains. Smelled musty. Had someone banging on doors at 5 am. Called front desk they did nothing next time would have called police and let then deal with itm
