Poor hotel and facilities poor

The room was spacious, had nice toiletries so we could relax .

Out of the hotels in on trip this was the most expensive and the worst. I picked this hotel so we could relax when we got there and use the pool and what said a HOT tub. The miserable lady member of staff never mentioned the pool facilities, so i asked, she said across the parking lot. Got there no heated pool, and HOt tub was green with lid off and leaves in it and freezing.g cold. One of the locals said it hadn't worked for a while. Went back to nform thr staff, and she said it hadn't worked for 3 days. I said she should of let the guests know. It was to late for me to cancel. She wasn't all interested wouldn't recommend it at all very expensive and poor.

Room not cleaned second day even with request plaques on front door. very rude and arrogant front desk employee named Ashley refused to help with clean towels saying staff was busy elsewhere.

We've stayed here before. It's clean, the people are kind, it meets our needs.

We arrived earlier than check in time and there was a room available. We were exhausted. This was a huge help.

Comfortable overnight for the pets and I

rooms were large. parking easy and close. luggage carts easily available. front desk staff were very nice. breakfast had a good variety. my pets and were comfortable.

I am sure this is one of the best in Winnemucca and I would stay there again!

Clean rooms with above average decor. Staff was friendly and helpful.

Breakfast not as good as some (for example, Hampton Inns), but okay.

Two stays here continue to cement the BW reputation.

Second floor rooms very quiet and spacious. It was easy to hook up our Appletv and watch stuff. Good hot water in the AM. Very nice for what I would consider a transiting hotel. I trust BW to be consistent and was not disappointed.

1.Need more and better luggage carts. I don’t mind loading or unloading but these have to be more steerable and sturdy. 2.I know the area there is pretty mellow but having 1 person at night behind the reception and such a large sliding door seems like a security risk. Maybe the doors do lock after midnight, I don’t know but some security discretely added would be helpful. 3.Tubs drained slow. 4. Price to value is on the edge.
