Breakfast was very good. Room was very clean upon arrival

I was very impressed with the cleanliness of the room upon arrival. On day 2 and 3 was disappointed with housekeeping. They made the beds but did not vacuum or replenish supplies. The only thing that was somewhat cleaned was the sink. Tub wasn't wiped out. Toilet not cleaned well. We had to ask for towels, washcloths, tissues and coffee for the room for the 2 nights after the first.

Loved the renovations, the cleanliness, the great breakfast and the staff! What’s not to love? :)

Decent stay,

Breakfast was nice, staff was friendly upon our arrival. Bed was comfortable. Felt safe and the parking was nice. Close to downtown.

The room had a bad smell. The air conditioning unit was extremely loud.

I have a lot of friends and family in Asheville and this is where we stay when we come up

I stay here several times a year. It’s convenient to most everything. Always clean inside and out. It’s a great value.

The entrance from Tunnel road could be better. It’s literally at the end of the ramp. That’s probably more the city but it’s the only negative I could come up with.

nice hotel but the insulation between rooms is so poor we could not sleep

Breakfast was decent. Staff was quite nice. Room is spacious. Parking is plenty

The walls are too thin, every night we heard our neighbors and unfortunately they were noisy till late and we could not fall asleep. Also the heating/cooling is noisy but we got used to it. The mattresses are on the soft side

Good hotel, good relation quality price

The breakfast was very very good, I have to mention the breakfast waitress that were very efficient. The room was clean. Plenty of parking spots.

We did not stay in the hotel, the view on the website was misleading, the room did not smell good. We sent a message to cancel and did not get any answer. We request our money back.

This was a work trip but we enjoyed ourselves.

The room was comfortable and clean. We had no issues with the Internet. Overall the staff was Friendly.

The breakfast was hot and there wasn't enough. If something ran out it was out.

I came a day late because of flight cancellation and had no problem checking in.

There was no overnight coverage at the front desk.

Love the place for my first time in Asheville!

The breakfast was really good and the staff was really nice!

Had a room by the steps and that was horrible, we could hear everyone going up and down the steps which was annoying!

A little disappointing for a Best Western

The room was laid out well. The bed was comfortable. The breakfast was good and included hot items.

The floor didn't feel clean. There were several cobwebs at the ceiling. There were ants near the bedside table. In fairness, I did not report any of these things and give the facility a chance to respond. It was late. I was tired and did not want to have to change rooms or check out.

Its always clean, good breakfast, comfortable and great location.

Unfortunately there were several motorcycles there and Ive Ridden with groups before myself but they were loud and kept us from sleeping and I feel this is very disrespectful to the other visitors. Hope this doesn't become a habit.

Guest service gave me key to someone else's room! And couldn't find my reservation after I called to confirm. Not worth the price. Walls were super thin can hear everything next door. People smoking weed outside. Will not stay again

Nice personnel and wonderful continental breakfast.

Our next door neighbor did run his TV at a very high volume until 2 am, but we turned up the fan in our room which helped drown out the noise PLUS we were very tired and eventually fell asleep okay.
