Stayed for one night. There with a friend we were traveling to Mt Washington. Ate breakfast at the Sunset Sack and it

It was clean and the staff was professional.

It was very dated. Bed was hard, both pillows were flat, bathroom very very dated the toilet was very very low to the floor.

They did not have breakfast. Room was nice and clean. Location was good.

Bed was comfortable. Check in was quick and employee was helpful.

Wi-Fi kept going in and out. Found a bug in the bathroom. Room was very dark. No overhead light just a lamp in the corner. Ice machine was not working.

This motel is in desperate need of an update on everything. The bathrooms were so old and gross. I can’t believe they actually feel ok renting them to guests. The WiFi was free but also rarely worked. I feel like this motel once was cute and cozy but now it’s just old and crumbling and sad.

If you are looking for a less expensive place to stay, this works.

Quiet location, close to down town for shopping, and meals.

Looked like it was last updated in the 70's. Spring mattress, lots of yellow.

Disappointing

Location was convenient

The lights didn’t work, the sheets had stains and hairs on them, the room smelled musty, the floor needed to be vacuumed, the corners of the room were dirty, and the mattress is in dire need of an upgrade, all you could feel were the springs while trying to sleep.

No breakfast which was OK. Staff was OK.

The mattress was terrible. It was worn out, hard as a rock and covered in stains. Left at 4:30 am to get away.

Not a comfortable place to stay. Maybe ok for guys, but I was uncomfortable staying there.

Location. Was cute on outside.

Rust in tub, especially around the bottom and soap dish. Outlet in bath didn’t accommodate modern plugs. Beds were very hard. No breakfast or even coffee. Sited Covid for no breakfast. Other motels at least had wrapped pastries and bananas. Over priced, but it was a holiday weekend.

Below average accommodations

Located well for our traveling / tours. Easy to enter & exit our room (ground level). The design & exterior looks of the business. The housekeeper lady was so nice & polite. Coat hangers to use & Warm blankets. Place is OK for a last minute trip, if price was much cheaper.

Carpet filthy & food under beds. Property of others left in dresser. No grab bars next to tub to grab if you slip getting down of the tub/shower, only a light weight towel bar within reach. Need new mattresses (metal frame along top of mattress) is no longer covered with top pad. Pillows are flat. Room was not ready for my husband (physically challenged). Mini frig was on the floor & not plugged in. No coffee maker in room. Ice machine did not work. Microwave was in exterior entrance way & dirty.

For the price you get what you pay for

There was no breakfast the beds were old and not comfortable and the pillows had stains on them. Not to mention our door even when locked you could just push and it would open
