Très bon stop sur la route des Keys

Le lieu est top, vue mer depuis les transats. La mise à disposition de paddles, kayaks et vélos. La propreté des logements est correcte. Le nombre restreint de logements permet de profiter d'un lieu calme et reposant. Le confort du canapé lit est un peu juste, elle conviendra à des jeunes enfants mais le matelas et son système de maintien mérite un peu plus de fermeté. Parking gratuit et emplacement à l’ombre.

Une grosse partie des bungalows est en travaux, du coup pas mal de bruit la journée et beaucoup d’artisans qui s’affairent! Perso, nous ne sommes restés qu’une nuit donc pas de souci mais ça peut être un problème si on souhaite profiter pleinement de l’hôtel en journée.

Nice little place, clean and comfortable

Very friendly staff, nice place, comfy beds. Great pier, free use of kayaks... we would come back to this place

Bathroom/toilet extremely small. Bath and kitchen old but still ok. All was a little basic.

Disappointing. Short. Left early. NOT a $439./per night hotel.

The picture. The view of the ocean. The coconut trees. The welcome we received from Janaya in the front office. The AC was great. Room was clean.

Could use some updating. If nothing else, safety features. Most bothersome was our sliding door with the beautiful view, did not lock. Their solution was to put a coffee table in front of it. We sought our own solution. Bought a broom, dismantled it and put it in the door runner. At least it couldn’t open. The next day we went to enjoy some poolside tiki and music. 8 people filled the very small pool. There is no bathroom by the pool, so where do you think they’re ‘going’’? There’s also a perpetual sulfur smell in the air. The ‘Tiki bar’ is a little corner with a limited choice. No live music until Saturday.

Cute setting - convenient location

Cute old Florida Resort - excursion to the sand bar with Captain Chris was great. Convenient pool bar. Check in was courteous and pleasant - plenty of towels - free wi-fi and parking - close to restaurants and shopping. Bikes & kayaks also free to use.

This place needs a renovation. The bathroom in the ocean deluxe suite was so small you almost had to climb in the tub to shut the door. The full kitchen is not necessary, pots were old - 2 cup coffee maker, bedding felt like it had been washed hundreds of times. Our unit had laminate floors that were separating. Pool deck was in bad shape, pealing, cracked, very slippery. Pool bar serving bottled beer and letting patrons in the pool with glass bottles, really? No beach which is expected but the small area was smelly - easily could have been cleaned up. Our friends in a cottage - the kitchen was in the bedroom - all of these units need a thoughtful renovation.

we will be coming back!!

This is the 2nd time we have stayed here and absolutely love it. The staff were all very friendly and attentive. The pool and bar area, the tropical Keys atmosphere is exactly what we needed for total relaxation. we had a family friend come pick us up right at the dock for a fun filled day on the water.

The water pressure in the shower wasn’t great but seriously, that’s trivial.

Cute beach cottage for a quiet getaway!

This property exceeded our expectations! We are planning to return next year- Didn't us the pool - but it was clean and convenient to have since Seaweed was unusually abundant at this particular time of year. The reception all the way to pool bar staff were amazing and friendly.

Cant say there was anything at all wrong with our stay.

We stayed at the 3 bedroom house, the rooms were really nice with comfy beds. The pool is well maintained with warm water. All in all, a perfect stay.

Pines and Palms is a comfortable, low key alternative to the more ritzy resorts nearby.

We stayed in the three bedroom cottage across from the office, other family members stayed in some of the smaller rooms on the property. The three bedroom was very roomy, good kitchen with all the basics and full size refrigerator. The king bed was a little on the soft side (but I like a very firm bed), still good sleeping. Made good use of the kayaks, SUPs, and bicycles. Nice pool and docks for watching sunrise. Housekeeping and office staff were wonderful. An extra bonus was the nearby Midway Cafe for breakfasts, lunches and the famous Manny and Isa key lime pies made daily - short walk or easy bike ride. Also easy bike ride along backroad/sidewalks to Bud N Mary's and Lazy Days restaurant.

The staff was absolutely amazing.

The location was absolutely perfect. The weather just didn't cooperate so we could use all the amenities available.

Our room had a terrible ant problem in the kitchen. 1 of the 3 AC units was not working at all.

plenty of space for a family of 6. Great location near shops, restaurants. The back of the resort had a beautiful view of the ocean.

Very nice facility for a longer stay

It is a pity that we spent only one night there. Very nice facility for a longer stay. Large, comfortable houses with a well-stocked kitchen. The pool and ocean view are an added plus.
