Location was the only good thing
Room was dirty and smelled horrible, shower head fell off, staff was very unfriendly and not helpful. I left an hour after I checked in. I could not stay in a dirty environment

Everything

To be honest NOTHING.
Front Desk & Management. Requested non smoking room due to health problems. I was given a room that smelled like a chimney of smoke.
9.0 / 10.0
comfort of bed.
breakfast disappointing for the price of the rooms.

The beds were comfortable and it was quiet at night. No one running up and down the halls and no-one loud after hours.
The woman who checked me in had a " I could care less" attitude, and when there was an issue getting paid thru Booking. com, she was less than helpful, throwing it all back on my shoulders. Lucky for me a very sweet hotel guest, (who also had a problem with the front desk) was able to help me.
The breakfast was the lowest Ive seen for a hotel. It gives a whole new meaning to 'basic'. I doubt the large 'community' tub of (non)butter would pass a health inspection. There was no workout room though it was advertised, and my co worker did her routine in the room. She said the carpet smelled like old fish. You would not find me sitting on that floor!
We were there for 3 days and there was no change of towels, made beds or other amenities replaced. I had to go to the front desk and ask for everything.

Nothing. I want my money back
I didn't like anything
The bedding was dirty and stained in every sheet we were giving. The pool was freezing. My son couldn't even enjoy himself. I want my money back.

The staff were super nice and helpful! the location was near lots of restaurants
The hallways smelled like smoke and it just wasn’t pleasant. Thankfully the room did not smell that way.
5.0 / 10.0
Staff attitude and rudeness when asked for extra towels, wash clothes, and blanket. The room only provides 2 towels, and wash clothes.

I like nothing about the property. The people were rude couldn’t watch TV because nobody knew how to fix it till the next day by that time we was watching my children’s game, so it really didn’t matter when I asked for a refund for the second night so I can go somewhere that I enjoyed. They ignored me while I was right there in their face.
-10 for me

The beds were very comfortable. I loved the small waffles for breakfast. They were perfect for me and my 3 grandchildren. The lady who checked us in on April 3rd was very nice.
We had already been disappointed by another hotel we reserved in Union City because they did not have their pool open to guests. I called ahead to this hotel to make sure the indoor pool was available for my grandchildren to use. Most, if not all indoor pools in hotels are heated. It would have been common decency to have been informed by the staff member I spoke with on the phone about the condition of your pool before I made my new reservation so late in the evening. We were all so tired by the time we arrived and checked in and THEN saw the sign on the door about the pool, There was no way I was making these kids go to a third hotel. This is the first time I have experienced several issues with making reservations and receiving not only what I had reserved, but the professionalism of appropriately working amenities. 60 degree water and no working lights overhead is not a safe pool to be advertising as an amenity for your property.

It was located around several restaurants and gas stations so it wasn’t hard to find food and gas.
Half the lights in our room didn’t work nor did the plug in’s. It smelled like cigarettes and weed through the whole hotel. The phone in our room was broken.

Pool but it’s not heated and hot tub closed plus looked like someone lived there
Cleanliness, huge trash containers full in the hallways, terrible breakfast and cleaning lady threw all the dirty blankets and towels down the stairs almost hitting my son, smelled so bad like cigarettes it affected my sons asthma.

The only thing that I liked was that my children got to swim, they loved the pool.
My door handle to my room came off as soon as I eneter, when telling the front desk they fixed it right away, but the hotel was nasty, it was a cocktail roach on the bathroom floor food all on the walls, the outlets barely worked, the plugs kept coming out, the curtains in the room were nasty, my bathroom door would not close, and when pushing it close there was a huge gap where you could still see in there. The beds were clean which is a plus but they only gave us 2 pillows and the bed us so hard. First time staying in a cheap hotel and my last.

Remarkably clean especially bathroom.
Smoke free and I witnessed it being enforced by a tiny female employee. My room did not have any lingering smoke scent, very grateful for that.
Price.
Very comfortable bed and satisfying room for the price.
Accommodating and very hospitable staff.

I thought the breakfast was a very pleasant surprise. It was great!
The only thing that could have been better was the seating furniture. It was a little torn up and made it hard to sit on.
