A seedy hotel.

I was informed that the hot water heater for the facility became inoperable the day before I booked the room there, and they did not inform me that they didn't have have hot water before I checked in.

Facility was centrally located to all of the calls we were making during out stay

The facility is in need of a full renovation, you can only clean something so many time until it needs to be replaced

Very poor

Room and entire building was very dirty. No breakfast even tho reservation said breakfast. Dust everywhere. Fridge needed defrosted. Floors were sticky. Outlet situation was horrible.

Okay for one night, would not stay any longer

Bed was comfortable and the room was easy access on the first floor.

Old and outdated, in need of repair/refurbishment. Many walls in the lobby, hallways and room had scratches. Room was a mustard color with not very bright lights. Light over the vanity area and the bathroom were very dim. Bath tub/shower had large scratches in the bottom and the tub floor felt like it was going to give away. Shower head not firmly attached to the wall; sink didn’t have a stopper. All the furniture was scratched and worn. Hallway carpet not very clean and needing replacement. Stairwells very dirty. No breakfast, only coffee.

it was a quick which In process.

The next morning after I left the hotel, I had bedbug bites all over me. I had two down on my ankles and one on each side of my legs that itch so bad.

Beds were comfortable.

It was DIRTY!!!! Upon arrival, the floors weren't vacuumed, the bathroom wasn't clean. They never once came in to even change out the garbage during our stay. I needed a new key, because we left ours in the room, and they didn't ID me to make a new one.

Bed was like laying on lumber. Aign said no breakfast looked like it had been there since before Covid started and middle entry door which was supposed to be card activated did not latch correctly.

There was no breakfast only coffee. But the location was good close to my daughter house.

The carpet was dirty and smelly, the ice machine was dirty the hotel had and meldew smell. The garbage cans outside was full looks like they hadn't been emptied in a while.

Comfy bed but room and furniture need refurbishing.

Beds were confortable. Staff was friendly and cordial. Location is close to downtown.

My room had an unpleasant odor to it. Carpets felt tacky. Only one roll of toilet paper was available for a three person rental. Bath tub surround looked uninviting with peeling paint all over it. Furniture was old and damaged from age and use. Floors did not look clean along the edges and corners. I rented during a time when a big event was taking place at Road America so the rate I paid was way overpriced for the condition of the room I got. I've stayed at 5 star hotels for less than what I paid here. I understand law of supply and demand but the price paid was ridiculous for what I got. Wish I had taken photos but I did not. Just glad that I was able to get a room and a good nights sleep, after getting used to the odor in the room. In a pinch, I guess I would stay here again, but only if it was my only option. Staff was great.

I will never stay at another super 8, and I will not use booking.com

Absolutely nothing. The room reaked of urine. There were bedbugs.

The hotel has bedbugs. It was sold to me with the stipulation of breakfast. There is no breakfast. The urine smell was unbearable. Riffraff hanging around outside. It was filthy. I did not stay. This was all in 15 minutes. They wouldn't refund my money.

There was nothing to like about that place the manager was so disrespectful the refrigerator didn't work all my food got spoiled he didn't replace it he didn't replace my money for the room just a bad experience

I didn't like nothing about that hotel it's your boy again them people are awful I'd rather sleep outside and stay in there no washer and dryer no nothing

Close to highway & affordable. Air conditioning was good; room got very cold.

Bad odor in the halls & lobby. No breakfast provided even though it was advertised as such. Needs alot of TLC. Pulled into parking lot & the 1st thing we saw was a screen hanging from a window..only got worse from there. Bathroom very small..barely any space to dress after a shower. Room was reserved for 4 people, arrive to only 2 towels..really?! I'll stick with my Hilton group going forward..sorry Wyndham but this hotel put your brand on my avoid list. Shame
