Absolutely nothing.
I was ignored. I showed up a few minutes early, rang the bell at the counter and no one answered. I then called the two numbers provided at the desk. Neither were answered. I stayed until after 3pm (which was check in time), when a girl came out of the door from the employee only area where she saw me and kept walking. No greeting nor acknowledgement. I walked out behind her and got into my car. The driver in the vehicle picking her up then asked if I was getting a room. I responded that I planned on it and that I was being ignored and now had no intentions of staying in a place which has no customer service to their guests who plan to check in. She then said "Ok." And left. Nothing else. Needless to say, the experience didn't even get to begin and it was terrible.

The location was convenient as it was close to our convention site and not far from restaurants in Wilkes Barre.
Motel looks like it is from the 1940s - 50s. It is OLD with zero upgrades: paint is peeling, holes in ceiling tile, very old mattress, toilet bowl is so old that it is so stained that getting it white is impossible, the toilet seat was broken. Only reason I stayed there is because the cost was less than half of what I would have had to pay at the Holiday Inn down the road and I spent minimal time in the room: came in late and left early.
If you are looking for comfort and something modern, this is NOT the place for you!

They didn't honor the reservation. Refused our stay and tried to double charge us. They canceled our reservation

where to start, this is your classic Bait and Switch they likely got very good photos to make it look nice for Booking.com but this place is not nice at all, the staff is very rude, they had many rooms available and choose to give me one with the door knob all but falling off and burn holes in the blanket, the lighting needs work it flickered all night because they use cheep LEDs that don’t work very well, I was told I’d get a towel when I checked in but they never gave it to me I instead had to use one left in the room by a previous guest and they didn’t even take the time to clean up the bathroom I know this because the other guest guests soap wrapper was left in the shower, the mini refrigerator was unplugged when I got there and the outlet they had near it looked like it was about to catch on fire and had that happened I would have probably died why you ask? because the smoke detector was not there there was a bracket behind the TV where it once had been but no smoke detector, maybe the same guest that burnt all the holes in the bedding took it as a souvenir 😔 don’t stay here you might die they really should put that as their slogan it’s Bad Ya’ll
being disturbed during my stay for hours while they fixed the door knob instead of offering me a different room, the feeling of death knowing that at any moment someone could break in or that a fire could happen and there is no smoke alarm, staying in a not cleaned room that has evidence that it was not cleaned before my checkin, dealing with a rude staff member that told me they would see if they had anything for me even though I pre-paid via booking.com to reserve a room in advance.

I reserved my double room 3 weeks ahead of my trip and when I arrived with my 3 guests they had already rented my room out and forced me to pay more to change to two separate rooms, not to mention my door didn’t have a door knob, there was holes in the walls, the side bed furniture had spray paint on them and were broken with no drawers. we had no tv and NEITHER OF MY ROOMS HAD RUNNING HOT WATER.

My son and his wife had to move to a new apartment. The new apartment wasn't ready yet so they put everything in storage and needed to find a place to stay for one week. They found and l booked OYO Hotel Wilkes-Barre East for one week. Oct 11 to Oct 17 for $430.98. When they got there, I was charged another $70 for a pet dog fee. I paid this also by credit card and it showed up on my account as: Sept 11 Casino Countryside Inn 750-829-1279 PA $70.00.
My son was very ill and was hoping to recover during this week as they waited for their new apartment to be ready. The room was not clean but they were happy to have a place so they cleaned it up and settled in.
The next morning my son was taken to the hospital by ambulance. That day his wife noticed a leak in the bathroom and everything that they had in the bathroom was wet. She also found two notices saying that the water was not safe and that the room was quarantined. She was very upset and called a friend to pick her up leaving their possessions in the room or in the car. When they both left, I called this number to complain about the notice and canceled the room for the rest of the week. You agreed to a refund. See the email.
When I talk to my son he was very upset because everything they owned except what was in storage was in the room or in the car.
Because I had canceled the booking I called the motel see what would happen to their possessions. When I got no satisfaction I rented the room for another night hoping to find someone who could take pick up their stuff the next day. I explained to the desk person what I was doing.
On October 14th, I got an email from the motel saying that no one showed up and that the booking was canceled and that there would be no refund.
When I had someone go up to the motel the next day to pick up their belongings, I asked him to take pictures of the room and specifically pictures of the two notices that she found among the towels in the bathroom.
The notices are attached.

They didn’t have a room available for us. They tried sending us to another motel down the street that was very dirty and we passed on that. We still have only got half of our money back.

They were on my route and had a room open when I was to tired to ride my motorcycle safely anymore for the night.
Hard to understand the man at the front desk, and I'm usually pretty good with accents.
Place was filthy, and had a prostitution/drugs vibe going on. Nothing in hotel description on booking com said anything about them not having potable water there either!
I was too tired to go anywhere else, but honestly would have been better off finishing a picnic table in a park to sleep on. I would have felt cleaner and safer.
Top 3 worst hotel stays ever!

The hotel didn't have drinkable water for myself or my pet. I was told to not even shower.... I was also given 4 water bottles for both me and my 70 pound dog... The mini space heater helped... a little... Room was extremely noisy... I also got scammed for a second payment of 280 dollars.. Was told if I didn't go to the ATM and pay an additional 40 dollars cash they would kick me out in 10 minutes... I stayed here because my apartments complex burnt down and red cross disaster relief gave me money to stay somewhere for a few days... This was a terribly stressful experience.. Kind of traumatizing to say the least... Having no money, limited resources, and to be threatened to be put out in the cold in the middle of winter..... Extremely sad... Especially when people take advantage of someone else's misfortune..
Everything.... Smelled.... Concrete shower extremely small... No freezer.. No dresser... Bed mattress and holder both broken.... Loud rattling sound whenever I would move an inch.... I washed my face the night before and woke up with my lip extremely swollen and in pain.... 4 days later still in pain and swollen... I also lost feeling and grip in my right hand up to my elbow... Not sure what that is but I did have a cut on my thumb... Thats where it was exposed to the water and possibly caused N reaction..... STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!

First of all there weren't any wash cloths just towels. There wasn't any soap I'm glad I had my own. The room smell was atrocious I'm glad I stayed only one night I would never recommend THIS PLACE TO ANYONE ELSE.
Nothing it had an old out of date with no remote.
