Too hot

Good location to where we were working in Verona

IT WAS SO HOT! It didn’t matter how low the thermostat was set it never cooled off. Then when we showered all of the heat, steam, humidity stayed in the room which added to the discomfort. We would shower, dress, then head out in the cold drenched in sweat. Not a good thing. The hallways smelled like marijuana also.

It was a decent stay. We’d stay here again.

Breakfast was good. Lobby, breakfast area and halls were clean & decorated with up to date decor. Breakfast options were also good, with hot and cold choices available.

Linens on the bed were stained. Wonderful new employee was trying to check us in. She was doing fine, but when she had questions & as she was explaining things, the (what appeared to be) senior employee was snapping at her, was very short & not very willing to step in and show her. I felt bad for the new trainee, if that was her orientation, it was horrible.

If we are in the area again we will stay here again. Everything was very clean.

The location was good for where we planned to visit. The breakfast was wonderful.

There was construction on the exit that made it confusing to get to the hotel at first but not a major dislike.

I would stay again and recommend.

Room was clean. Comfortable mattress. Digital Lock Safe. Full breakfast.

Had I known to ask, I would have asked for a room on the opposite side that didn't face the interstate. It was a little noisy throughout the night, but not a major deal. Also, the front desk was not always manned. I wanted to purchase some snacks a couple of times, and both times they must have been on a break. This too was not a big deal. I would have just liked to have been able to make my purchase when I came in for the night, rather than having to come back downstairs later.

We had clead accommodations, a good night sleep, and a delicous breakfast.

My family required two rooms. These regular rooms were much larger than normal hotel rooms and the long bench accommodated two open suitcases and a bag. Why don't all hotels offer such a bench? Thank you.

I have no negative comments. The parking was close to the nearest exit door, the rooms were perfect for what we needed, the breakfast was delicious and the hard working lady in the breakfast room was friendly.

Everything was wonderful and the breakfast was amazing, taste good and filling. The lady running it was GREAT. Hotel was well kept, clen and people there very friendly and helpful.
