The view, the room. Been here many times and we love the view and the room with fireplace, patio and Jacuzzi.
Closed restaurant. At the very least you could open the outside dining area for guests.

Very isolated and private
A bit far but worth it

The room view and location was good , no complaints.
The pool was poorly finished , rough floor and rough sides . Not tiled cement finish. Only food on site an Italian restaurant and breakfast was at the golf club a short distance ( good meals )Room

the location. quiet and secluded. Ideal place to disconnect and relax.
the air conditioner was super loud. we had to turn it off to get some sleep then it got super hot in the room. the shower had a foul smell coming from the drain. the room was dated but comfortable. needs to be updated.

They have a decent size bathtub which is big enough for two people and a nice fireplace in the room. The room is clean and comfortable. You can partially see mountain view from the window.
Google Map gave us the wrong directions when we got close to the hotel. There was a little confusion but not a big deal.

Great view of Arizona golf course and mountain scenes… big luxurious room.
Bath and fireplace was really a romantic touch… balcony is amazing.
Not much on site as a resort, or places to eat or anything close
by other than the golf cafe.

Quiet and peaceful. Large bedroom, nice bed/mattress
Bathroom needs major makeover. Vanity has been redone and is nice. Tub should be sent to the trash. Shower needs to be rebuilt from scratch up. Tile is falling apart, grout is missing. enlarge shower area, put in a modern shower pan and surround. Replace the exceeding low toilet with an ADA compliant toilet. We stayed at this resort a year ago in a different room and its bathroom was just as bad. Tubs need to go, especially jacuzzi units as they are full of god knows what in their piping.

the on-site restaurant was not open during our stay, although the ads said it would be open.

the pool, hot tub and on-site restaurant were quite pleasant. We enjoyed the luxury suite, size of room and the location. The staff at the restaurant were incredible along with the food. The suite was clean and spacious and we loved the southwestern decor and fireplace. My husband enjoyed the jacuzzi in the large bathroom. The surroundings were peaceful and quiet; we even sat on the deck at sunset and listened to the night sounds.
Would have liked a bit larger refrigerator and area for coffee and cut the huge closet in 1/2. Other than that, property was perfect.

AC not working properly. It actually had a placard that stated " do not set below 72 or system will "freeze up". Temperature seemed like it was in the 80s. I believe the thermostat was in a very bad location. Bugs throughout the room. Bugs in the tub and shower. Mini Fridge had high pitched whine in the middle of the night. However, it was replaced the next day.

Great location and loved the room.
The restaurant was closed for remodeling. Should be noted on the booking site. Asked several of the staff and didn’t get a clear answer when it would be reopened.

Property was very spacious yet had a cozy feel
The refrigerator In the room was very small and the ice tray was almost nonexistent. Only one small pool and the Jacuzzi was not working.

View and pool were great! And love to eat at the on-site restaurant, Pietro's, was wonderful!

I liked the fact that it was built into the foothills and had a desert look and beautiful plants. also, we could hear lots of birds, which is common in the country, but we could see the beautiful view of the city lights of Phoenix.
We weren’t there long enough. The only negative thing was that the front desk was shut down for 3-4 hours.

Beautiful views… my boyfriend enjoyed the golfing and I enjoyed the walking around the resort.
The doors to the suite-did not self close… I travel with a service animal and it’s helpful to have self close doors.
The pool could use ab update … more big planters. Just to create a better vibe 😊
