Staff was nice, room was good sized. Plenty of parking.
My room could be described as "peculiar" smelling. The offered breakfast was pretty pitiful.
4.1
Proximity to Golden Spike National Monument.
No bathroom counter space. No grab and go breakfast options.
4.1
Nice staff, they baked cookies in the evening for guests. Cute western decor. Roomy and comfortable. We loved the Crystal Hot Springs near by.
4.1
Breakfast adequate! Coffee very good. A few more protein choices would have been welcome.

Didn't have any.

it was very stinky and old feel. I wouldn’t probably give such a bad review if not for the price i paid to stay. I don’t feel like im overly picky but upon entering my room it smelled terrible. im not sure if it was pets or what. im sure if i had the energy to complain about it they would have switched me rooms and maybe it would have been better. the bed was fairly comfortable and i did sleep pretty good.

location off the interstate
bed terrible

Convenient location, good value, breakfast was good.
At some point in the life of this motel, our room probably allowed smoking as there is still a hint of the odor.
4.1
Very comfortable and quiet. Lots of homey touches. Big room. Nice people.
Is located near a truck stop so not a very scenic location.

The room had a pair of comfortable recliners. It was also exceptionally clean.
The mattress was a torture device. It was not comfortable at all.

Breakfast was minimal but life-sustaining. Pricing was reasonable.
A pleasant bonus to our stay was the realization that we were near Promontory Point where the Golden Spike was driven when the transcontinental railroad was completed. We were able to drive out to this National Park site and see the two replica locomotives moved to night time storage, and watched a very informative film presentation. WOW!
The phone system did not function to call the front desk. I tried to call to get the WiFi password which had been left in our car. Ended up going down stairs to inquire with the night clerk about the password.
At this time the night clerk politely, but obviously perturbed with me, asked me to move my vehicle because the parking space I used was "her" delivery area for breakfast. So I went upstairs again to get some shoes on and back down to move the vehicle to a handicap spots that was not previously available. I had parked in one of two spaces clearly marked as parking spots directly in front of the portico, a logical decision on our part I think, because the two (only) available handicap spots were already in use at the time I parked. I moved the vehicle of course, but I suggest, if those spots are to be a delivery parking area, the hotel should place signage to that effect. Also, we noted that there was white pickup parked in one of those spots when we first arrived while we were checked in by a different and very friendly employee. When we checked out in the morning there were two other vehicles parked in those same spots, one from California and one from Wisconsin, presumably guests, just as we were. Sent an email to the hotel about this issue but have had no response, although the entire staff seemed to be aware of our comments the next morning
Secondly there was a gray vehicle parked and partially blocking the portico access, apparently for the convenience of the night clerk, which begs the question: why can guests not park in the marked spots opposite the portico, when an employee can park in an unmarked spot (with management's permission, of course)?
We suggest to the management that the marked parking north of the entrance be converted to additional handicap parking, which is needed. The delivery parking area could be moved farther to the north where is ample space.
Lots of truck noise until after midnight.

We had reserved our room and when we went to check in got informed that another employee cancelled our reservation. They were booked along with all other hotels. Did not try to make their wrong doing right. Will never stay there again.

Stayed here on a road trip from Arizona to Washington. We had planned to camp, but temps soaring over 100 degrees made us decide to look for a hotel a few days in advance instead. The Western Inn met our needs. Staff were friendly, rooms were clean and comfortable.
My only complaint is that it seemed rather pricey ($123/night including tax) for what is a pretty bare bones hotel room on a weeknight in Tremonton, UT.

Front desk person was nice. Pool and hot tub were spacious and clean.
Price was too high for a nothing town. I had to clean the entire sink and bathroom counter - dusty, dirty, and sticky. Also cleaned the 3-glass-shelf unit provided. We did NOT use the shower. Chairs were HEAVY - made from iron and wood. Too heavy for a handicapped person to scoot in and out. Coffee machine was dirty. Thank God I bring my own. Dogs barking in next room when it says "No Pets". We were told there was breakfast in the morning, or we could get breakfast in the cafe next door. Both were closed and locked the next morning after 10 AM. How do travelers check in on Sunday?

A very quaint country vibe establishment. Loved every aspect of it. The staff was extremely helpful. Enjoyed the eating area and all that was provided. Definitely unique and pleasant, different than most Inns. A very well lit up parking area. That is a huge plus! Would definitely recommend staying here.

The room was spacious with two recliners and a queen bed. The bathroom was updated with new tile and fixtures. The hall door was secure and well sealed so there was no noise from the hall.
There is no elevator so be prepared to carry your suitcase up the the stairs.

WiFi was very weak, room setup was awkward.

Nice, fun Western decorations. The room was large, (booked an accessible)comfortable and clean. It was easy off/on the highway. They even provided doggie dishes and clean up cloths. The hotel also provided a fenced in areas for dogs.
