We liked the location.

The bathroom fan was very noise. There should have been blinds on the windows.

the roaches on the ground! the bathroom light didn’t work. dead bugs all over the windows and floor. the room was extremely hot needed to open windows and no screen. the table and chairs were disgusting and dirty! the Mini refrigerator was smelly and gross! the hospitality was downright horrible! there was garbage outside the facility and walkways were covered in snow/ice.

Nothing. Did not stay. The place was a dump. We will never use booking.com again if this is the type of property they promote. Website pics were very deceiving. Property manager said we would receive a refund which we have never received. The whole property was unkept😬

they should be paying guests to stay instead of the other way around. the beds and the linens aren’t fit for Guantánamo prisoners. thread count of sheets between burlap and grill covers. one king size bed like a steel slab, and one small lumpy mattress that was to short for a six foot human. I expected the musty odor from such a cheap price but at least invest in decent beds. all in all if I were there to overdose on smack it would get five stars 😘

We were there for 2 days. We had 1 towels and 1 hand towel to dry with. Tried to call the manager to get towels. No answer. When we first arrived we were given a room with dirty lines and someone cell phone on the bed. We requested downstairs room but had to take a upstairs. My husband is handicap. Would I recommend this motel to anyone ABSOLUTELY NOT.

The room was clean, BUT there was not towels ,i had to walk to the office and request them, and gave us only two wash clothes two bath towels they were oddly sized not towels for an Adult, the full size dressing mirror was left with water marks, the remote for the tv had bad batterys we had to go and get batterys also at the office, she also said she was giving us a up grade when we checked in at no extra charge, the room was not worth the up grade, no towels , and she gave sparingly two, there should of been two sets for us, i had stayed a few weeks earlier leaving on a Sunday, while checking the room before check out, i found a expencivie camra in a black case and a small box thats label said baby bubbles, i went to the office that morning many times no one would come out to the office so i could return it we stayed that visit in room 7, i did the honest thing and brought it with me, and asked her about her lost and found she said no one called for the camra but that it would stay in lost and found for thirty days , what bothers me is the camra is worth hundreds of dollars, and there is only one picture and a video of the owner showing his contacts from his phone and trying to make a call from his phone but the person he was calling didnt answer, sk it looked as he was trying out his new camra, But the owner of the hotel knows who is staying in these room she has only owned the hotel for a year, she should put a little effert into calling those that had been in room number 7, but the hotel will not answer there phone so if any one tryed calling there out of luck cause she wont except calls, she lives on the property of the hotel, the owner of the camra is being treated unfairly cause theres not contact to talk directly to the river road motel in Wi. DELLS, SO SOMEONE SHOULD HELP THIS MAN FIND HIS CAMRA, THAT THE OWNER OF THE MOTEL NOW HAS,

Having stayed there many times over the years, it the price and location.

Things have changed. Bed was a fold up cot. No hot water. No coffee maker.

Room wasn't ready at check in time. Air conditioner didn't work. Tv didn't work. No towels in room. Toilet didn't flush. They were working on the roof starting at 8:30am. I can't find anything good to say. Couldn't stay at this place for a second night! Cut my trip short. Was told NO REFUNDS!!

The location was really convenient, the parking was great.

The beds were nothing but springs, the ceiling was water damaged, there weren’t enough curtains to cover the window, the lights didn’t work, there was no smoke detector, the tv remote didn’t have batteries, the toilet seat didn’t fit properly, the a/c unit didn’t run fully, there was spray paint on the walls, the stuff hanging on the walls were painted around and not taken down to paint behind, the bathroom door didn’t close fully, the water valve cover was falling off the wall, the bed sheets were stained, the floor felt like there were holes in it, and there were people doing construction at 8:06am on the weekend.

I loved everything about it. It was for sure a nice clean friendly hotel. They are wonderful people. They treat guest good.

NO TOWELS OR WASHCLOTHS !!! 10 AM staff availability is not enough time for service needs when checkout is 11 AM. Staff starting work at least by 9 AM would have allowed time to get towels and washcloths to be able to take showers and wash-up before checking out. Two TV remotes provided and neither remote could turn on the TV.

Close to the downtown strip

We booked to stay at River Road and were put in the Top Hat. It was 90 degrees in the room and the AC did not work. They brought up a portable AC and it only blew out warm air. The room was not clean and there were dead bugs all over the floor. The plumbing in the bathroom sink was not hooked up. The tv also did not work. To their credit, the staff did try to help but it was out of their hands to he able to do anything. We ended up booking another hotel and taking the loss on this room just so we could be comfortable

The room big, have microwave, refrig. And the price great.

When we checked in around 4 or 5:00pm the staff told us one of our rooms were not yet ready and that she will get it so we went to the one that was ready but when we get to the one she said was ready did not have any towels. We went walking and dinner and came back to the around 10:00pm but still no towels. We can't take shower because the is towels. The office was closed so we can't get the towels. I had to call the emergency number and talked to someone. An hour later someone dropped us some towels that maybe just came off the washer, it was wet but it was too late to call again for dry towels. The floor was also dirty like it had not been washed for months.

We got to the location a day early and needed two rooms for an extra night. They were unable to accommodate 2 rooms so unfortunately we had to locate another hotel for our stay. We cancelled the reservation but we were still charged. If asked if we would book that hotel again the answer would be NO
