Comfortable beds, good location and great workout facilities!

Beds and pillows all super comfortable and clean. I definitely appreciated the activity rooms like well equipped gym, pool area, the basketball mini gym, ping ball table and tick tock wall to keep kids and adults busy while waiting before attending the activities outside of hotel at MSU. The close proximity to MSU. Well equipped bathrooms with nice hair dryer, soaps and lotions for hands, the big bottles instead of small little plastic bottles, tissue box and plenty of fresh towels of all sizes. It was also great to find tea and coffee with its designated mini machine with cups and lids etc. Although never use a microwave, it’s still good to know they had one above mini refrigerator hidden away nicely. The lobby is also a good size and well kept with more than one waiting area and flat screen, as well as working stations with computers and printing capabilities. The staff at the restaurant and registration were all very nice.

I found what appeared to be a small strand of human hair on the corner of the bathroom mirror. My guess was that as the staff cleaned the bathroom counter tops the towels pickup hair too 😬. perhaps hotel should consider making sure clean towels and cleaning products are always used properly to clean and sanitize areas.

fine for one night

The place overall was nice and stylish, the bed is very comfortable, location is fine, we stayed only one night, but it was exactly fine

Unfortunately I forgot my brand new T-shirt in the room, but after my call they still didn't find it. How come? is it vanished in the room? I was really disappointed, it is not the level of service that I'd expected from Crowne Plaza

My hotel stay at the Crown plaza Lansing Mi.

My room, beds and pillows are so soft and comfy. Always had towels.

They don't have a breakfast bullet unless full house.and the hot tub was cold all three days of our stay. Due to little kids getting in and out of the cold pool. Then coming straight back from the pool.

Superb

Breakfast was excellent. However, there were only two waiters and one of these was the manager. Service was slow as a result. Not the restaurant's fault.

The fan in the room was a bit noisy and the air was dry. Really no different from other hotel rooms but wish the room had a humidifier. I noticed a little mold in the corner of the shower which could have been cleaned up but I've seen much worse at other facilities. All in all though, the bed was comfortable and the staff great - always accommodating and helpful.

nice staff, good room, loved that we had a couch in the room as I’m not big on sitting on beds while I eat or watch tv for periods of time. breakfast was great.

As someone without a pool or hot tub at home I wish I could’ve used the hot tub but it was out or order which was a bummer. Also as someone who uses a reusable water bottle I could only find one water fountain to refill and it was on one end of the building on the first floor. personally I didn’t mind the walk but it wasn’t convenient.

it was relaxing and convenient.

the restaurant and bar onsite were a real bonus. I had dinner there and they were wildly busy with only one server. She was terrific and was doing her best to keep up. All the patrons were very understanding (which was a relief). Then one of the front desk staff came and helped her. That was a great sign of team work. You don't see that often enough. Congratulations to the hotel staff who were ready to roll up their sleeves.

We held our wedding reception here and the staff did a great job of taking care of us. Very friendly and readily took care of all of our needs. Will always hold a special place in our hearts!!!!!!!!!!!!

Right in the middle of the city

They stopped providing small bottled water in the room. There is a coffee machine and tea, but no bottled water. Also, I found two used bottles of water in the room which made me wonder whether they really cleaned/sanitised the room. Not worth $200 a night…
