Excellent breakfast!!

Very nice room and comfortable bed

Some hair pins were on my carpet and thermostat didn’t work. There were no blankets provided.

A great place to stay.

Everyone who works here is incredibly efficient, cheerful and helpful, from Lynda who manages the breakfast room to the folks at the front desk to the housekeeping staff. Clean, quiet and comfortable--a great stay.

Beautiful, but no drapes. Loud traffic.

Beautiful clean hotel with an exceptional breakfast!

The drapes are for show only and cannot be closed. We had bright light coming thru the sheers so it was not dark enough in our room. Also the highway noise was very loud.

Will Never Stay Here Again

Location was perfect because we were right by the highway and by a Walmart.

After grabbing dinner, we came back through the lobby and it reeked of pot smell. It was super strong. I’m not sure if it was one of the guests or the staff. Our key cards hardly worked. We had to finagle the key cards in order for our door to unlock. The lamp shades were cracked and broken. The bathtub wasn’t draining right and the floor tiles in the bathroom near the toilet were coming up. The breakfast was also disgusting and I ended up throwing it all up in a gas station bathroom stall. This was the trashiest hotel I have ever experienced. Won’t be staying here again.

Tastes like home

Cozy and casual. It felt like everyone was just relaxing in the lobby and the staff were so charming and hospitable. We've been in and out of hotels for a week. This was the best one. Even with the lowest star rating.

The area is clearly a travel hub for just that: gas stations, waffle house and empty lots. It was all courteous and comfortable though. We spent little and got so much.

Exceptional stay! Extremely pleased

It was an all around great experience. I have absolutely no complaints. We will definitely stay here on our next visit. The location was fantastic. Everything was just awesome from check-in to check-out. I was extremely pleased.

I wish we could have stayed longer and I wish I had asked for a suite.

We would not stay at this property again.

I was given a room with 2 queen beds and one chair. Since i had registered as 2 Senior adults, one chair was not practical for us. The manager changed our room to a suite with a couch. As we were leaving, we found out that prisoners were being housed on the 4th floor. We were not made aware of this at check in. We had noticed at least 6 people that were thought were police but turned out to be prison guards.

Breakfast was amazing: Eggs (with picante or cheese toppings), 2 kinds of sausage, potatoes, biscuits and gravy, waffles, fresh fruit, prepared mixed fruit salad, oatmeal, choc chip mix ins, granola, flavored light/fit yogurt, dry cereal, toast, coffee & juice. Vera sings while she works...great voice. The staff at check in/check out was very efficient and helpful. Room was sparkling clean (Kayla) & the bed was very comfortable. Slept well. Felt safe. Flower beds/exterior were as well-maintained and updated as the inside. Impressed.

Easy + convenient + comfort = happiness

The property was clean, comfortable and peaceful! Check in was simple and it was easy to get my stuff up to my room. The room was cozy. The bed was comfortable and I was able to relax and rest.

The caulking around the shower needs to be updated because it will cause water damage in the walls and will result in mold which will cause health problems

We really liked it and it was super close to the family we were visiting. We will stay there again!

The beds were very comfortable! The breakfast was AMAZING!

The closed the hot tub down which was one reason we picked this place but they still had the pool. Lots of workers were staying there so parking was hard with all the big trucks there.

Would stay again

My room was adequate. It was spacious and had everything I needed. The breakfast was top notch. Lots of hot and cold options for eating and drinking. The staff was very helpful and friendly and answered all my annoying questions.

Only 2 things I didn't care for and they are only minor-1. Not all the side entrances were accessible from the backside of the property. I got back to the hotel very late one night and had to park in the back. The side entrance I was closest to was out of order. So I had to walk around the entire building to get to the front entrance. Even though the area was lit, it was not ideal after midnight in the dark alone. 2. My room had a weird smell. I couldn't quite identify it, but I'm thinking since they had an indoor pool that it was the chemical smell of the chlorine mixed with something else. Wasn't overpowering, just weird.

Comfortable room! Great price & location!

The easy booking, great location. Price was excellent. The common rooms & the guest room were clean & well stocked. Each staff member I encountered was friendly, & seemed to enjoy being there. Nathan was especially helpful when I checked in late at night. The breakfast was awesome. They had 3 varieties of hot coffee, plus hot water , milk & juice. Several cold cereals & bagels. Hot oats, boiled eggs, scrambled eggs, bacon, plus biscuits & gravy and a waffle maker. Also a variety of fresh fruits. I can't think of anything else I could ask for!

The room was very cold when I got in. , but the thermostat adjustment responded nicely.
