Muy simple, habitaciones pequeñas

Estaba limpio, cambiaban las toallas a diario, tenía caja fuerte y con aire acondicionado. Muy tranquilo con cero ruido por la noche. Se aparca bastante bien en los alrededores.

-Las habitaciones son muy pequeñas, nada que ver con la foto. Solo tiene una pequeña ventana q daba a otro edificio (te ven los vecinos) y además en la limpieza nos la dejaban abierta, con lo que entraba un calor horrible. -No dejan agua de cortesía ni amenities. -No hay espacio para dejar las maletas. (Solo para 1) -Las almohadas son malísimas, todas muy bajas y sin opción a cambio. -El desayuno buffet tiene 4cosas y son siempre las mismas. El zumo no es natural, no hay cosas básicas como el colacao, leche desnatada, jamón, etc. -El WC es altísimo y sin ventana. -Si tu plan es ir de vacaciones por el algarve la ubicación no es nada buena, está cerca del aeropuerto pero a 30min d las playas más cercanas (1,30h de Lagos) con lo q conlleva de gasto en gasolina y peajes. -El hotelito es mono pero está en una zona extremadamente vieja y mal cuidada, por la noche da un poco de miedo. -la recepción sirve a la vez de barra de bar, con 2 cosas contadas.

Amazing staff, very clean hotel, everything was exactly how it was advertised, possibility to leave your luggage prior to check in and after check out which was very helpful

The breakfast couldve had more variety on the savoury side as there was just scrambled eggs and bacon... (as a suggestion : sausages, baked beans, fried eggs) and the scrambled eggs were a bit too undercooked

Best hotel and service in Olhão :)

Highly suggested, very clean and cozy, the pool is the cherry on the cake. Breakfast also with lot of choices suitable for everyone. Staff is also very nice and kind, especially Thais and Daniel. I’ll definitely come back again.

If coming back late night not easy find a parking but before 10 pm no probl, around the hotel there are a lot of free of charge parkings

Clean, friendly and stylish

The staff are so helpful; always smiling and they go out of their way to give you information. I loved the pool and sun lounge areas. The breakfast was good: lots of choice and tasty. Also really liked my room: very comfortable king-size bed; warm shower; tastefully decorated with cute verandah.

A lovely relaxed hotel, with a great location!

Fantastic hotel with brilliant staff, who gave us a very warm welcome and were so helpful. Room was great and spotless, with a nice bathroom. Breakfast was superb, with lots of choices and fresh fruit was a lovely touch. Wonderful pool area. Will definitely be back for another visit!

Excellent would recommend

Lovely helpful staff, great location very clean. We had the studio room which had everything you need and was very and cosy. The swimming pool was a nice touch. There were a couple of technical issues with the room but overall we really enjoyed our stay!

Great hotel and staff just a few small things need changing to make it great.

Super clean and functional.

The bathroom towel hooks were not functional and the air con was noisy so unable to put it on silent late at night hence no AC and waking feeling very hot. The breakfast was also a bit samey each day

Excellent stay, great hotel

The breakfast was excellent. Our room was immaculate with a view of Olhao from the balcony. The location of the hotel is ideal and lies between the train station and the downtown. Each way a 5 minute walking distance. The staff was very friendly from the minute we entered the lobby. They answered all our questions during our stay and helped us with the transportation to the airport by calling us a taxi on our last day. All in all a superb hotel. Thanks for accommodating us.

The light was too dim in our bathroom.

A lovely break in a safe and friendly hotel

My room was a premium room with a balcony and king sized bed. It was on the third floor with a view of the pool. The staff were amazing - so helpful and nothing was too much for them.

Room with a city view

Hotel is very clean and stylish. Pool area was really lovely. All the staff I met with were so friendly and helpful and they did a great job at making you feel comfortable. My room on one of higher level floors had a two chaired balcony which overlooked pool area and over Olhao. Great at end of day to relax on. Bed was massive and the bedding, towels were good quality

The only thing that let down my very nice room was the low lighting in the bathroom and the rather cheap shower doors that did not match the standard of the rest of the rooms decor.

lovely little boutique hotel

We loved the location and the staff were so friendly and helpful from the moment we arrived. Property clean, nicely decorated and well looked after. Breakfast had lots of choices and good value for money. Not far from rail and bus stations, and very near the marina for the ferries to the beaches. plenty of choices of restaurants and cafes near at hand, also the shopping areas. Would return to this hotel the next time we come back to Portugal.

Very very nice stuff always willing to help. Nice swimming pool. Comfortable rooms. Quiet and clean place.

Breakfast is everyday the same and after 3 nights you get bored. But its tasty in general. Also room was quite small but comfortable.

Superb

The hotel was immaculate, the staff always friendly. Gorgeous pool. Opposite the hotel is a real good cafe, we didn’t do breakfast option and found the cafe cheap and enjoyed being with the locals. Location great and easy to access waterfront, bars and shops. There is a lift in the hotel if you have any mobility issues. Our room had a fudge which was amazing so we could have chilled drinks. There is also a collection of books in reception which was nice. Thanks to all the staff
